Very convenient, 7-11 and dobby juat beside. Theres a few good restaurants nearby as well.

Nice clean hotel, noisy when other guests are in hallway. Pool was nice and refreshing. Did't have wifi when arrived but was fixed within an hour. Laundry place right beside hotel as well as 7/11. Worth the money If you want to pay for breakfast its $150B we skipped it

Well you walk in and wow, but rooms very basic, travel lodge comes to mind, No bar or restaurant as advertised!!! I asked for a pool towel and got told 'take from room' and then staff started laughing as I walked away, ignorant ! Couldn't get WiFi in room Also had do not disturb on room and we went out, to come back to room had been cleaned, we didn't want room cleaning !!

very good premises, clean and spacious. Wonderful staff. A few spoke English and they were sharp. The shower water temperature could be warmer. Good AC. Good/fair wifi/internet. Gym is spacious, has AC, good lighting, 7am to 9 pm everyday. Has a rack of dumbells max is 12 km. Only one weight machine that needs to be repaired. Two treadmills in good condition, 1 out of order. 2 or 3 stationary bikes. Restaurant serve only buffet breakfast. No lunch or dinner. Room service only from 7am to 2 pm. Small refrigerator. No microwave Owen. No coffee supplied. Highest floor is 4th recommended, quieter, no children running amok above you. No laundry currently available but there is a good automatic laundromat 24/7 available 100 meters from the hotel that makes change and has table to fold dry clothes. All in all a good experience.

Very strategic location. Walking distance to old town surat Thani where you can get a lot of nice food.. Walking distance to koh lam phu park.

Very nice hotel. Clean gym and pool area. Balcony door broken in room 401. But hey, you do get a balcony! Large clean room. Decent bed. Nice breakfast variety. Also great location. Beautiful walk across the bridge and into the city center. Will stay here again. Thank you to the very friendly staff as well.

The hotel is modern but very thin walls carry the noise from the ceiling and other rooms. Kettle and mugs provided but no coffee!! First time i have stayed In a hotel that did not have coffee in the room very strange. The TV is very old fashioned nothing in English. Shower needed to run a long time to give hit water What is most annoying is the balcony light which cannot be switched off so the room is filled with white artificial light even after the curtain is drawn. Doesn't make any sense.

A top Location for us. Friends prefere places in the City, but for us this Location ist the best. A nice Thai evening Market to eat and Drink is around the Corner, also 7/11.... For people who Like to walk the City is Close by....

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was nice. There appeared to be no hot water in my room, however, it turned out I needed to leave the water running for 10 minutes for it to get warm. I would recommend telling guests this, as I had to have a cold shower on the first day at 5:30 am.

Not as expected, not even a coffee on the room. To expensive for that service.
