We stayed overnight during our drive from Bangkok to Hatyai. The place was great for its price. It was pretty clean compared to other hotels at this price. The facilities looked relatively new and well maintained. Will stay again if we have to stop in Surat thani

The room is very nice, service is impeccable. Check in and check out was fast and effortless.

It's okay it's our second stay. Everything is good except the water heater a bit hard to control

Good hotel for staying in Suratthani

Hotel was located next to home pro and near to central Surat Thani… room was spacious and clean… However, toilet bowl have flushing issue

The rooms are ok and the location is ok ( you should notice that there is 2 hotels with this name, in in the center of the city and this one). The service was ok. We mentioned we have 5yo daughter, and booked premium room with extra sofa . The didn’t want to give us extra blanket or bedding. We paid extra for breakfast - and got “a la carte” - 4 choices of rolls (chicken or curry inside at 8 am) and very limited options for hot drinks. We couldn’t order a tea or iced Americano. It wasn’t written in anyplace, so we couldn’t know, and was very disappointing because we were with kids and looked specially for a place with breakfast. It could be a nice place if you don’t need a breakfast or going anywhere.

The room was okay.the bed was comfortable and clean. If you don't have transportation there's not much around the hotel. No seven eleven close by. Nothing else to do in walking distance. The breakfast was basic, a wrap pita 🫓 bread with your choice of filling. But the coffee ☕ was real 😁 not Nescafe. Staff were also very friendly and efficient.

The room size is very comfortable and clean. Hotel located near Central Suratthani Department Store.

Simple & Easy

The worst stay experience.The hotel is next to the highway.It was particularly noisy all night.I can't sleep at all.The hotel is dirty and hasn't been cleaned for a long time.There are also many mosquitoes.So is breakfast.The worst breakfast is a roll and a cup of coffee.And it isFast-food heated。

It was a pretty good experience with this hotel, especially when I first checked in. The room looked a bit unusable, especially with one small spot on the curtains. The hotel was happy to immediately upgrade me to a better room with a city view. The price was good, the staff seemed friendly, and it was located close to the airport.
