Title: Disappointed Despite Average Room Expectations
I recently stayed in this hotel was left feeling quite underwhelmed, despite the fact that the room photos matched the price range. While I initially felt reassured by the advertised images, my experience did not meet my expectations.
Upon arrival, the check-in process was chaotic and unorganized, which set a negative tone for the stay. The room, while appearing as advertised in terms of size and layout, was not as clean as I hoped. There were some noticeable a lot of humidity. It felt more like a neglected space than a welcoming retreat.
The amenities were bad. making it. Additionally, the air conditioning unit was noisy, dirty and inefficient.
In summary, while the room met my initial expectations from the photos, the overall experience fell flat due to cleanliness issues, poor customer service, and lackluster amenities. There are better options out there for the same price.
