It's a nice hotel right on the river and not too far from the town centre. The rooms are updated and cosy, and this is the good part. Small issues that can be fixed are that the king beds have 2 mattresses, which can be a bit annoying at night. The gym needs an upgrade as the only machine that is the pully doesn't work well. At night, the board of the hotel is not visible or difficult to spot, as the hotel is in a quiet location.

One of the worst crown plaza we have stayed their breakfast was cold and when we complained about it only apology and nothing else and service was really plastic and i think rooms flooring and lifts needs refurbishing.

Very short overnight stay after spending the day at Wimbledon, so my review is limited! The room seemed newly decorated, small but functional (fine as a solo traveller.) It was a bit noisy in the morning, as situated next to the lift. I was disappointed not to find any drinking water available in the room, as is typical at other Crowne Plazas I've stayed in. The bathroom tap water wasn't pleasant. Good location with just a 30-40 minute walk to Kingston. I didn't use the bar/restaurant or have breakfast, so can't comment on those. The staff I dealt with were friendly and efficient.
