Beautiful property right at the heart of the city.great view from rooms

Novotel for families is located in a convenient place, close to the tram and many restaurants. The service and workers are great. However i do feel it needs some sort of renovation. The carpets are dark brown which makes it feel uncomfortable walking on as you don't know how clean they truely are. And the toilet's bath tub is made from that plastic material which i personally feel is uncomfortable to shower in. As for the cleanliness, i was very disappointed to find a mark on the pillow! It put me off and made me think if other parts are clean or not.

Steer clear of the Deluxe Two Double Beds room. This room type is situated on lower floors, right next to the building's ventilation units (see last photo), which makes it quite noisy. Even with doors and windows closed, the soundproofing, while decent, doesn't entirely block out the noise. City view and sea view rooms are on higher floors and are often just a couple of RMB more expensive, making them a much better option. The room was clean, but the amenities are a bit dated; for instance, the safe makes a very loud noise when operated, and the bathtub drains very slowly. Nevertheless, the value for money is excellent. Breakfast was good, and the staff were all very friendly and enthusiastic. Overall, it's a decent choice.

The hotel is incredibly convenient, located just 5 minutes from the beach. The area downstairs is bustling with fantastic food options, and the evenings are particularly vibrant. Public transportation is also readily available. The staff are warm and attentive, always quick to address any concerns.

Great place to stay at the top floor with executive spa room.

The view from the room was spectacular, and the location was incredibly convenient. We stayed here for three nights and absolutely loved the holiday atmosphere. I'd definitely come back for another short stay if I have the opportunity. While the breakfast downstairs was predominantly Western, it was perfectly adequate.

Great location, very easy to find. Breakfast was rather standard, and the facilities felt a bit dated. However, the room offered breathtaking sunrise views, and we even had lorikeets flying into the room looking for food! Parking is $25 a day.

Great hotel right in the centre of Surfers Paradise. Short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The location is very nice but the cleaning was lacking, there was trash under the bed and the kettle was full of water.

Room is big and spacious, but shower head is dirty and some towel is dirty but hotel service is good , they change the towels .

Great hotel especially with its location, couple minutes walk to the beach, shopping centre next door, very much in the middle of the restaurants and all the entertainment - we didn’t try the pool & spa as it was windy however enjoyed the gym facilities

No drink water provide, the car park elevator closed at the morning (I check out at 5:00am with 5 big luggage's), need to carry the luggage's through the stairs to the car park. Also, Room is too old. I won't stay there in the future and I won't recommend to our friends to stay there.
