The room was lovely, the bed was super comfy and the sheets were warm. It was a freezing cold night and we slept very comfortably. The bathrooms were clean, but could have been cleaner. The coffee machine didn't work properly, and there were only 4 pods provided. There was no sugar, freeze dried coffee, tea or milk provided at all so we had to purchase some. All in all it was a lovely stay though!
