This morning, when we checked out around 10 AM, we left 4 suitcases at the hotel lobby. When we returned to pick them up after 2 PM, we found that 3 out of the 4 suitcases were damaged. This is absolutely outrageous! If only one had been damaged, I might have thought it was an accident, but with three, I have reason to believe the hotel intentionally damaged them. This is truly appalling. Please report this to the hotel for immediate action.

📍Location: 5/5 ⭐ Right next to the G:link Surfers Paradise station and opposite Q1 SkyPoint, super convenient. 🛏️Room: 3/5 ⭐ Was given a room on a low floor, at the very end. City view was decent. Facilities were a bit dated, probably on par with a 3-star hotel in China. 🍳Breakfast: 2/5 ⭐ Quite basic, ingredients were average, and not really worth the price. I'd recommend eating at nearby restaurants instead. Overall: The location is definitely the biggest highlight. Other aspects were just okay. At 1200 a night, the value for money is pretty mediocre.

The hotel is within walking distance of the city center. There's a buffet on Fridays and Saturdays, and your room key gets you 20% off, which is great value for money. The oysters are super fresh! Kids under 12 get half price. Definitely worth checking out.

This hotel offers really great value for money. I added breakfast to my stay, and while it was pretty standard, it had everything you'd expect, which was very convenient. The location is fantastic. It's a 5-minute walk to the beach, and about 900 meters to the commercial street where there are plenty of dining options. Plus, it's right outside the train station, so super easy to get to. Being able to check in early and check out late was a huge help for my early morning flight. I didn't use the swimming pool, but it looked nice. The gym was good though, with all the necessary equipment. I'd definitely choose this hotel again for my next vacation.

The hotel's environment and hygiene were excellent. We booked two rooms this time, one with a sea view and the other with a city view. If you prefer a sea view, you can request it with the front desk in advance. For parking, you need to reserve a spot with the hotel beforehand, as you might not be able to park if you just show up on the day. The price is 25 yuan per day, which is quite reasonable.
