Excellent apartment. V spacious and had a side sea view as well. Everything you need was there. Pool was amazing. Only thing was the balcony cement a bit grubby and flaking but it is an old apartment. Reception staff were great and b helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Great location.

 Check in and check out very quickly. Staff was very friendly apartment very clean. The location was perfect. The pool was wonderful.  for sure we’ll be staying again in this hotel. 

The location is excellent, very close to the beach and the shopping center includes Woolworth and a lot of shops and nice restaurants, close to light railway station as well.

Pro:location, facilities, apartment space. Con: dated apartment, soft bed, parking. Dated apartment but with a big living room and dinning area. Single bed too soft for our liking. Good facilities like gym and heated pool and best location for being connected to everything else. But parking can be challenging as it is pretty limited

Beware of this hotels cancellation policy/procedures. On January 22 2026 I booked 7 nights from 19 May 2026 in a fully refundable apartment. Unfortunately I had to cancel this on 18 April, 5 weeks notice. I was sent an email confirming my cancellation the same day. Then horror horror on May 12 the full payment was debited to my bank card. Their error. I rang several times to sort this out. Management flatly refused to refund to my bank card. Apparently that is not their policy!! They emailed me a refund form!! had to email it back with different account details. Perhaps not so secure! It took just over a week to receive my refund and due to bank fees and exchange rates I am now out of pocket. I have used Accor many times. This is not the way to treat customers.
