The room has enough space.
And the employees are very friendly and nice people. That was fun to chat with them. Thank you.
There was no tissue but that was fine.
The location is next to the North cliffs station which is nice to travel around in Gold Coast.

We had a great stay here for our week on the Gold Coast. The apartment was self contained with clothes washer dryer and kitchen. We enjoyed views of the surrounding city skyline and the ocean. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. They gave us recommendations of places to go and how to navigate the trains. Close to walk to the beach for a swim or surf, many food options and the grocery. We would stay here again.

Superb location! Quick hassle free check in. Was greeted and welcomed to the property by the lovely Manager. Parking was simple and no extra charge which is rare for this location. Room was a bit noisy being located only on level 2, above reception and foyer. Was disappointed with out-dated decor and furnishings, very run down. The room definitely needs a refit with new paint, carpet, tiles, kitchen and overall just a spring clean. Each apartment is privately owned, so Managers need to encourage a cash injection from this owner on refurbing to keep occupancy optimal. Would stay here again, but in a more loved apartment.

Great location next to a tram stop.
Room does need more attention prior to guests arriving as it could have been cleaner, should also have an additional blanket in the robe it got quiet cold at night

Room was a little old and carpets was a little dirty. What bothered me the most was the dishwasher. There were dirty dishes left inside and it smelt. Amenities were also limited for the duration I stayed, so for others to take note, bring your own or be prepared to get dish soap, shampoo/conditioner, shower gel, laundry liquid from the shops.
Also, the main door doesn’t have a lock from the inside. You unlock from the outside and that’s it.
Other than these things, overall great stay. Reception was nice and friendly, and tram stop is just outside. Not too far to walk to the shops/ Cavill avenue.
