I visited during the May Day holiday, and there was a Caucasian woman at the front desk who had a bad attitude; she was cold and dismissive when I asked questions. I got angry right there at the front desk. Once she saw I was upset, her attitude changed a bit. The only thing I can say is that the view from the hotel's common area is decent, but the in-room facilities are a bit dated. I've seen the view now, and next time I'll choose Langham. No need to put up with bad service."

"One of the elevators was out of order. I pressed for the 33rd floor, but the elevator suddenly vibrated violently and stopped at the 25th floor. The doors wouldn't open, and the control panel was unresponsive. After a few minutes, the panel started working again, so I pressed for the 33rd floor once more. When it arrived at the 33rd floor, there was a noticeable difference in height between the elevator and the floor, so I quickly got out. The elevator is just too old."
