The property over all is very subpar and badly needs an upgrade. We reserved a king suite room with sofa bed which wasn’t terrible as it was newly renovated. It had a separate bedroom and living room area, a kitchenette and breakfast nook, but there was no sofa bed. We needed the extra sleeping arrangement so we were down graded to a smaller king room with sofa bed. The sofa bed in the new room was dirty with food and debris all over it. The room smelled like mildew and the extra sheets and pillows were damp. We asked to be switched but they were “sold out” so we opted for new bedding which was also damp. We dealt with it because we only stayed for 1 night. However I would NEVER stay here again.

Not a bad stay.
The breakfast was fine. It had something for everyone. The pool was freezing but what else do you expect when it’s outside. The bed was hard & water pressure was very hard. I would definitely stay here again though. I enjoyed the list of restaurants they had in the lobby. The workers were very nice and attentive when checking in and out. This was not a terrible hotel. You get what you paid for.

Breakfast food was only slightly warm. The room was comfortable, but there were toiletries under the bed and just didn’t have the feeling of being super clean. Check-in was quick.

Room was nice people was nice also . But they do not know how order food for breakfast and keep it stocked , most food was empty the first day and was not restocked for the second day

Won't stay agai
House keeping stole from us. That was annoying. Pee around the toilet seat. Gave us the wrong room twice. After going back down to check in multiple times, i was finally given the room I booked and paid for. They should have given it the first time.

Only issue was shower, the shower only had two options and both of them the water hardly came out.

They may have a plumbing issues because the tub and sink doesn’t drain right away.. drains very slowly

Avoid this hotel
We arrived late after a full day of driving to find the shower completely unusable. The front desk couldn’t do anything to help us. After contacting Best Western customer service, the compensation offered was insulting considering that even the most basic amenities weren’t functional. Very disappointing experience.

The room i had was in need of upgrading. I have used Best Western in other cities but this was the worst one i was at. The breakfast was good with the traditional food. The staff was helpful but all of them did not have command of the English language except for the manager and it was hard communicating with them.
