We booked 2 villas right on the water. The villas were renovated and super close to the beach which was very convenient. I researched several hotels on this coast and this had the closest proximity to the beach which was important to me as I had an elderly parent with me. However several things didn’t work well in the cabin such as one of the A/Cs was leaking, dishwasher didnt clean very well and the lock was hard to open. Service on the resort was average. The place is very big and right on the sea which accounts for slow customer service and villas which need constant maintenance. The kids club for my 7 year old was great - morning was pool or beach and afternoon was other activities in the mini club. Sunsets were spectacular and proximity to the town San Vincenzo was convenient: The sea was rough for 3 days so didn’t go in. Otherwise sea was calm in the morning and windy in the afternoon which is good for windsailing but not swimming. The trash was picked up daily which was nice but they didn’t always bring replacement bags for trash. Overall a decent experience but not rushing back.

We stayed at this resort as a couple with our 5-week-old newborn, hoping for a relaxing holiday in a beautiful setting. While the resort grounds are indeed lovely, nearly everything else about the experience was disappointing – especially considering the price of €300 per night. Arrival & Check-In: Check-in was fine, but the directions to our assigned parking space were terrible. We had to drive around the resort three times to find it. Once we parked, we had to walk to our villetta, but the directions were unclear and signage was poor – especially for the lower-numbered villette, which had no signs at all. Accommodation: The villetta was very basic. Furnishings and decor were minimal, not at all what you’d expect from a 4-star resort. Issues we encountered: - No WiFi in the villetta and barely any mobile signal. - A lightbulb was out in the bathroom. - Smashed mosquitoes still on the shower wall. - Hot water ran out before finishing a single shower. We were provided a pack-and-play crib for our baby, but it was broken. The first staff member who came didn’t know how to open it. A second one confirmed it was broken and brought a new one, claiming it worked. As soon as he left, we checked—and it had the exact same issue. In the end, our newborn had to sleep in her stroller. Beach Experience: The private beach was one of the main reasons we booked this resort. However, we weren’t told that there were assigned beach spots. We had to move after we were already settled in. No one could tell us where our spot was, and once we found it, it was so far from the entrance that we gave up and returned to the apartment. Food & Beverage: Breakfast was terrible. Very poor quality food. Tables often lacked silverware or glasses, and when we asked staff, they didn’t know where to get them. The coffee machines were down, and we had to wait 15 minutes in line just for a coffee. Dinner was even worse. The buffet at €35 per person was not worth more than €20. Appetizers were the best part; pasta tasted like something out of a hospital; ribs and seafood skewers were underwhelming. The second night we tried the pizzeria. We ordered a charcuterie board, two pizzas, a bottle of water, a spritz, and a glass of Prosecco. Total: €66. The board was very disappointing—some prosciutto and just two shredded pieces of salami and some jam on a spoon that looked like it came from the breakfast leftovers. The pizzas were served while we were still eating the board, and they were undercooked: soggy dough and unmelted cheese. Staff & Service: We witnessed two loud arguments between staff and guests. The first night, during the buffet, it nearly got physical. One staff member (possibly the head server) walked away saying to the guest, “and yours needs to die.” The second night, another staff member stormed off from a table and said to a colleague, “he’s a piece of sh….” Regardless of what happened, it is completely unacceptable for staff to speak that way about guests in front

Beautiful place. I enjoyed the location. The park is beautiful and well kept. Personnel nice, but not well prepared the first weekend of the season. Organizational problems in the restaurant on the beach; elegantly solved by the chef, the manager and the waitress. A big thank you to them! Suggestion to book Villa right on the beach rather than a room. Hard to find on the website. Not available on booking. Breakfast and dinner in the “All’Orto” restaurant were ok. But I wouldn’t book the “mezza pensione” next time. The restaurant on the beach is a nicer setting.

This was an easy living cottage. The cottage was clean and practical without any special or extra. We had some difficulties communicate with the personnel at the resort in English. The beach was great for kids and was very close to the cottage. Overall were the resort quiet and children-friendly. Good restaurants at the resort and in San Vincenzo to. San Vincenzo was a short walk away (about 20 minutes). We were sorry that everything at the resort cost extra. We paid for an extra blanket and for towels. The personnel was helpful but bad in english so the extra costs was sometimes a suprise for us.

Limited eating options (especially at breakfast). Some staff were a bit sharp. On the plus side the beach was excellent and very close to the property

This place was recommended by a friend. Sorry but it is old outdated and away over priced. Lets start with the breakfast, if you like powder scramble eggs, diluted juice, hard bread, tinned fruit full of sugar, croissant hard and baked the night before, then fill your boots not for me. Coffee was good and staff were pleasant. The pizza restaurant big shout out to Barbra lovely lady and very helpful. The guy baldy wearing the trousers braces i suggest you get a new job. Your rude to staff and customers. Nautical restaurant my compliments accommodated us late at night, food was good staff amazing. Accommodation is good the bed was a touch hard and shower very small. Downside a kid damaged my car with a bike and hiked it out of there.

It is important to say at the beginning that the accommodation is in a huge and very beautiful area. Everything is very clean and sophisticated. BUT it is not a dog friendly accommodation. There are places you can go with a dog, but most of them are off limits. Nowhere in Italy have I ever seen so many no entry signs for dogs. It turns out that officially far from the sea, on the other side of the road, only dogs are allowed. We were lucky enough to get a villa on the edge in the off season so they allowed it there, however, here every night until 23-23:30 there was a party across the road, with so loud music that the glasses moved in the kitchen. In a quiet, relaxing area, this was shocking to me, 1-1 night would been fine, but every night... I can't imagine what it must be like in high season. There are a lot of mosquitoes and no mosquito nets, which is shocking to me.
