Hotel is very nice, big hotel we choose the room is annex room and have to walk and find the aisle its quite difficult to find .
The onsen is good, annex building have onsen too and also mountain stone sauna, some area is pay area and have free area as well, have to ask, not all the staff can speak english i think only 1 staff can speak english and very friendly.
When you check in have to pay 150yen for the local onsen tax. Left side of the hotel have many restaurant, lawson

I stayed for two nights, but it was a rainy day so I spent the whole time inside the room. I stayed in a modern Japanese-style twin room. The room was pretty clean. The view from the window was great.
However, the soundproofing was poor and I couldn't sleep very well.

The wallpaper in the room fell off, the bottom of the bathroom door handle was damaged, and no buffet dinner was provided on weekends. The 14th floor bathroom had a good view of the lake, but it was suspected of using non-hot spring water. The reception staff had a very good attitude.
