Very helpful and friendly staff service was worth the money. Facilities are good but not great. Gym was decent.

It's at the perfect location within a short distance to Gwango techno park and also many surrounded by many restaurants and shop. Strongly recommend.

I had issues with the room’s air quality and lack of adequate temperature control during my recent stay. The room was only equipped with a heating system in winter, making the air feel stuffy and uncomfortable, especially at night. Unfortunately, there was no fan or air conditioning available to help with the situation. Additionally, the room service was subpar, with meals arriving cold and dry.

Hotel would be great if staff professionalism and attitude improved. This hotel does not meet the standard of Marriott and I recommend picking another hotel in the Suwon area if you want to be treated with basic respect as a guest.

This Marriott is connected to a very small mall with many restaurants (nothing fancy). The Mall is convenient and nice to walk around in. More importantly, it borders a wetland park, which is really nice to spend time in. There is not much to do in Suwon (it seems to be a business oriented city with many business people visiting LG and Samsung.) There is also a convention center and a larger mall next door. Breakfast is ok.

The room is neat and clean. There is a shopping mall next to it with a full range of goods. There are also many choices of food nearby. Most importantly, it is a ten-minute drive from Samsung, which is very suitable for business trips.

Thanks to this, I was satisfied from the beginning of my trip, and I could definitely feel the specialness of Marriott. In addition, the staff who came to install the air purifier and humidifier I requested took off their shoes and entered the room carefully, which was very impressive. I was deeply touched by their attitude of respecting customers even in the smallest details. Thanks to the sincere response of Manager Daeny Kim and the service team, this stay was very satisfying, and I want to visit Marriott again in the future.
