I am in the room on the second floor. Although there is no elevator, the stairs are very good. I bring a 30-inch suitcase. One person stays. The space is just right. But if two long-distance passengers stay, two large suitcases may only be half open. The bed was very comfortable, the pillows were very good to sleep, and it was very quiet at night, very suitable for rest! The logo of the hotel is very cute and everywhere, very attentive. Free water bottles, juice, in addition to the hair dryer in the room, there are straight plate clips, washing supplies are also very careful, very sincere. The hotel is right next to the city wall, and the opposite side is EDIYA caffe, . It takes three minutes to walk to the Cultural Center bus station. It is also within ten minutes' walk from the Huacheng Palace and the cafe gathering block. After check-out, luggage can be stored. I really like it here!

The only downside is that there is not much parking space. But if you come by public transport, it is convenient to travel back and forth. You can walk around the area. Overall, I like it. The picture in the room is as shown in the picture. It is convenient to travel. The outside of the hotel may look a bit old. It does not look very clean. But in the room, the cleanliness is 5 points. Everything is complete. Toothbrush, body lotion, facial cream for both men and women, comb, hair dryer, hair straightener. There is tea and coffee in the room. You can come empty-handed and stay. The bed is soft, the pillows are good, the blanket is warm, the air is cool, the water flows, very convenient 👍👍👍

It is quite hidden to find it. As there aren't many parking spaces, you need to go to the reception and he's even going to park your car where a cone is reserving the parking space for the Malu Hotel after you check-in. The bed was a bit bouncy but okay, as I didn't slept much. You can hear people talking in the corridor through the door. There was a small kitchen with a kettle and microwave. A fridge and tiny freezer in it, with bottles of water. The shower head handle was cracked so the water was leaking from there too, but I had a nice hot shower with a big towel since a long time.

The location is in Suwon Pedestrian Street, a quiet place amidst the hustle and bustle. The room is just the right size for me alone

Due to a change of circumstances, I stayed 2 nights despite I booked 4 nights. I tried to send them an email on 12 February's evening to cancel my stay on 16 February, but they replied to me on 13 February that I could only cancel 3 days in advance. I understood that I sent them late on 12 February, but I didn't know the cut-off time and I had an emergency to shorten my trip. It was my second time staying here. I am not sure if the settings were different since I was assigned a different room. This time, they provided disposable slippers (which was good for hygiene's reason) and there was a smart toilet seat (also good for me!). I had a problem turning off the 2 nights beside my bed and when I tried to ask the front desk, there was no one available (looks like they don't have any staff on duty after 23:00). The problem was resolved by unplugging the key card that I was asked to insert to turn on the power of the room (not sure if this is the right way to do that though). Another issue was that I was waken up by music before 8am on the next day (I had an early flight the day before and I really needed the sleep). I found the source - It came from the loud speakers of a car which stopped in front of the construction site next to the hotel. There were 2 men with banners and they seemed to be protesting about something? The music was so loud that I could hear very clearly on the 6th Floor. There were stains on the carpet, but the cleanliness was okay overall. The parking spaces are too few and this is something the hotel needs to improve. All in all, it was a good value for money. The location was good - there were lots of restaurants, convenience stores nearby and a huge supermarket in walking distance. If I go to Suwon again, I may choose this hotel again.

I arrived way before check-in time and, without question, the owner gave me a key for a room that was already prepared. Very kind of him. Room was well equipped. I never heard any noise all night. Great value for the price. Not being able to speak Korean I found it a bit hard to find but largely because the English translation of the name in Trip.com was different from what was actually on the hotels signs! Sign outside the hotel says Royal Motel. But a woman from neighbouring shop quickly took me to it. So no problem really.

Family room is big with 2 queen beds. Room is clean and amenities provided is good with water dispenser machine, teabag and coffee mix at floor level. Newly built located next to arte hotel. However, there is no shower curtain, as such the floor is pretty wet after each shower. It may be good that there are more hooks or hangers provided in a family room for 4 pax use. Location - near many good eateries and restaurants, and drinking places. CU is just opposite the hotel which is a plus. For travellers who are not driving, its a hassle to pull your bag through uneven pavement to find the hotel. (Nearest suwon city hall stop). We requested for leave luggage at reception which was obliged before and after check in and out.
