Had a great stay here. Beautiful modern room with great view. Staff were all very helpful with good level of English. Variety at breakfast was good but quality a little less than I’d expect at this price. Would definitely go back for a nice weekend away in Suzhou

1. The hotel is in a prime location, located in the Jinji Lake Scenic Area. The Moonlight Pier is just outside the hotel, which is very convenient for sightseeing. In addition, there are some small bars with a great atmosphere around, which are open until very late. It is very comfortable to go to the hotel for a drink before going to bed after a long night of sightseeing. 2. The room is decorated in a unique and retro style. The bathroom also has disposable bathtub covers and toilet covers, which is very considerate. (It would be even more perfect if the bathroom had a mirror light, as it felt a bit dark when putting on makeup) In general, the room exceeded psychological expectations, so you can book it with confidence. 3. The service attitude of the staff is particularly good, and the front desk lady is very gentle. When checking in, the room type was upgraded for free (although I don’t know what it looked like before the upgrade, but after the upgrade, there are large floor-to-ceiling windows, and you can directly see the scenery outside, which is very beautiful). In addition, the young man on duty at night is very nice. There was a little episode during the stay, and he was also very active in helping to solve the problem, which was a very good experience.

This was a last minute booking for me and my friend as it was late and we were too tired to travel the long journey back home. So we decided to spend the night here. What a wonderful experience for us. This is my second time at this hotel and I love everything about it. The staff are so friendly, helpful and accommodating towards our needs at that hour of the day. Truly a wonderful place to stay. Breakfast was great as well and just what we needed to travel back home. Definitely a favourite hotel for me.

I like this hotel very much! The room, reception area, dining hall are super! Breakfast are varieties choices. The have free supper ie. Dumplings soup, unfortunately I can’t eat cos am vegetarian. The location close to metro station by 500m (5-10min) walk, 观前街just an opposite, walking distance 500m.

The hotel is very nice. We are lucky to be upgraded to a suite with extra space. Staff are friendly and helpful. If I have to be picky, it’s not too close to the attractions of Suzhou. But with the excellent coverage of their online can order app, everywhere can be reached within 20mins under or around 20RMB, so it didn’t bother us too much. And just one thing, the live TV is weirdly with lagging as if the signals are from the internet. But if u don’t watch tv or do a smart device casting, it’s fine. (Just we were watching the French Open final so the picture lags were a bit disturbing lol) Overall it was very very nice :)

I really liked the hotel a lot! The room is really spacious and comfortable, the inner courtyard is beautiful and the location is great within Gusu! The only slight drawback which i supposed can't be held in an old building is that I found several bugs in the room, in particular across the bed. Also room service forgot a nail on top of it - I am guessing otherwise I have no idea how it got there. Everything else was clean and well managed. Would definetly come again!

The lobby on the first floor of the hotel is on the left. I went back to the hotel for a short break at noon. After waking up, I looked for coffee in the room. I only found two plastic coffee cups. I had no choice but to walk to the hotel restaurant. I met a gentleman with glasses. He politely took hand-brewed coffee. Instant coffee is fine. Hot coffee can sweep away the bad mood when you wake up! Thank you!
