Facilities: As a newly opened hotel, the facilities are very new, and the room layout was also pleasing. Environment: It's very close to the high-speed rail station, about a ten-minute walk. However, it's a bit close to the high-speed rail tracks, so you'll occasionally hear trains passing by. I suggest they provide complimentary earplugs for soundproofing. Service: The service attitude was excellent, very enthusiastic overall. Dining: For a hotel catering more to business travelers, the food selection was quite rich. Summary: Personally, I think this is the best hotel near Suzhou North Station, both in terms of brand and value for money.

I recently stayed at the hotel and overall, my experience was quite good. The location was excellent, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth all thanks to Amy. Nonetheless, I would recommend this hotel to others looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in the area.

This hotel is very nice as it is located close to the Suzhou office parks. It has a nice view of the central courtyard in the back. The breakfast is good as they have a perfect mix of Chinese and western options like eggs and bacon, and they have forks and knives. There is an outdoor plaza mall with a lot of good restaurants right across the street. There is a KFC and Starbucks there if you need it. Usually at least one person can speak English at the front desk and they are very friendly. The rooms are clean and spacious and they give you 4 bottles of water every day. I would recommend this place.

We checked in to the Holiday Inn front desk where Zora greeted us and enthusiastically helped us upgrade to a lake view room. The view was beautiful, the room was clean, the breakfast was rich, and it was convenient to drive to the Qionglong Mountain Scenic Area. The experience was good.
