Hilton Suzhou Wuzhong

Great hotel, and they even let me check out as late as 2 PM. Of course, it can't quite compare to a real Hilton, but for this price, it's totally fine. There's a Hilton Garden Inn right next door.

The Hilton Suzhou Wuzhong boasts an elegant environment and clean, comfortable rooms. JOA's service was meticulous, thoughtful, and prompt. Overall, my stay was very pleasant. This hotel is perfect for those traveling by car, as the parking lot is quite spacious with plenty of spots. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, and they're located on higher floors. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The lake view room offered stunning views of Taihu Lake, absolutely beautiful. The hotel's location is excellent, surrounded by mountains and the vast lake. I stayed cooped up in the hotel for three days and didn't even feel the need to go out and explore.

As a Ctrip Diamond member, I got an upgrade to a lake-view room, which was great in every aspect except for the windows needing a good cleaning! The location is a bit out of the way, but if you're driving, I'd still recommend it. It offers good value for money and meets the usual Hilton standards.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the environment was clean. The gym facilities were comprehensive, and the swimming pool had crystal clear water. The hot and cold pools were conveniently complementary. The lakeside view was refreshing and pleasant, perfect for a leisurely stroll in the morning or evening.

The hotel was clean and tidy. The staff were very helpful; they even re-delivered my takeout when they found out I'd made a mistake with the address. Overall, the views were pleasant, and both the room service and front desk reception experience were excellent.

Terrible, just terrible! The worst Hilton stay ever! This used to be a DoubleTree that supposedly 'upgraded' to a Hilton, but it uses the Hilton name without any of the brand's quality, purely damaging Hilton's reputation. The front desk service was absolutely appalling. The entire hotel was subpar – the rooms, facilities, and back-end support, nothing was satisfactory, with flaws everywhere. Despite carrying the name of a high-end chain, the service was worse than even a basic budget hotel. Extremely disappointed, I don't recommend anyone stay here. All the negative reviews are true, come see for yourself if you don't believe me!

The hotel front desk staff were very friendly, and the room was very clean. They provided six bottles of mineral water, and you could see Taihu Lake. You can request latex pillows, and the service for anything you need is very prompt. The breakfast tasted good, with wontons, plain noodles (Yangchun mian), and freshly made pancakes. The swimming pool is large and very clean, and there's also a children's pool with very warm and comfortable water, making it safe for kids to play. There are two large shopping malls about a ten-minute drive away, which are convenient for dining and shopping. It's also very easy to get to from the highway, and parking is plentiful. I will definitely come back again!
