Service: 100/100 for service. Facilities: Complete, with a gym and a Hanfu experience hall. Ambiance: Chic and elegant. Hygiene: Clean. The location is excellent, probably very close to attractions, a central spot. The check-in experience was great, the staff was attentive, and I received a drink upon arrival 🍹. Most importantly, I did laundry, and the hotel having a self-service laundry was fantastic. A really good stay. I'll choose this place again next time. There's a food street right outside, I loved the flower arrangements in the lobby, and I also tried out the gym. It's very friendly for family travel.

Choosing Andu Hotel for my trip to Suzhou was a brilliant decision. Tucked away in the bustling heart of Gusu, it offers a peaceful retreat amidst the city's vibrancy. The New Chinese-style decor creates a wonderful atmosphere, and the room was meticulously cleaned with excellent bathroom facilities. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, and its convenient location made getting around a breeze. After a long day of exploring, returning to the hotel was incredibly relaxing, truly allowing me to immerse myself in the charm of Jiangnan. The overall experience exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Suzhou.

The room was very comfortable and the soundproofing was excellent. Even with the typhoon these past two days, I barely heard a thing! 🥳 The butler service was incredibly thoughtful; they even moved our luggage into the room when we weren't there after cleaning. They replied to questions promptly, even around 11 PM! Thumbs up! There's a Luckin Coffee right across the street, and the egg pancake shop next to the hotel was also delicious! The cleaning staff were wonderful too, always greeting us politely. Everyone spoke softly. My daughter said if we come back to Suzhou, she wants to stay here again!

Our stay at this hotel in Suzhou was a great experience overall. Its central location in the old city made it incredibly convenient for sightseeing, with attractions like Humble Administrator's Garden, Lion Grove Garden, and Pingjiang Road all just a 10-15 minute drive away. The hotel's decor was quite distinctive; the glass-domed lobby on the second floor created a lovely ambiance when the sun shone through. The staff were warm and courteous, even proactively helping with our luggage during check-in. Our room was very quiet and the facilities felt relatively new. When we had a minor issue with an electrical outlet, customer service quickly provided a solution and even offered to come to the room if needed, which was great responsiveness. We were very satisfied and would definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Suzhou.

The room was very spacious, and traveling with elderly parents and children, everyone was very comfortable. The service was incredibly thoughtful. They called in advance to confirm if we were traveling with seniors and kids. They were very patient and gentle in answering all of my child's endless questions. All the hotel staff, whether it was the front desk ladies and gentlemen or the housekeeping aunties, had a great attitude and always greeted guests with a smile. The breakfast was delicious. If you're in a hurry to go out in the morning, you can put your clothes in the washing machine and ask the front desk to help with drying them. When you get back to the hotel after sightseeing, you can just pick up your clean clothes at the front desk. Our stay was absolutely fantastic.

A super beautiful and clean hotel 🏨! The four sodas in the room were complimentary, and there was a full-length mirror. You could also listen to music and watch movies in the room. Right across from the hotel is a seafood street, and next door there are tons of great food options, so you'll never go hungry. The hotel is only 10 minutes from Qilishantang, which is a fantastic spot for photoshoots in Suzhou. Plus, the Squirrel Fish restaurant next to Shantang is delicious 🤤🤤. There were also vendors selling super waterproof, durable, skin-friendly, and affordable Vietnamese gold-plated jewelry. I bought a few pieces to take home as gifts for friends without breaking the bank 🌝🌝. I even met a little fox at night and took a great picture together ✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻. But the photographer said the foxes would be even bigger in November because they come from Harbin, so maybe I'll come back in November next time! 🤭

Staying here in Suzhou was incredibly convenient! The hotel is right near Guanqian Street. A left turn takes you to Pingjiang Road, and a right turn leads to the metro station. Getting to the Humble Administrator's Garden or the Suzhou Museum is just a short taxi ride, about the minimum fare. Plus, the hotel has its own parking, so driving here is stress-free. In the evenings, after exploring the night market, we could just stroll back, saving a lot on taxi fares. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

When we drove near the hotel, the kids saw how bad the surroundings were in the old town and immediately asked my wife, 'Is this really our hotel? Why are we staying here?' The underground parking was also quite run-down, but at least they had a parking lot. However, once we entered the hotel lobby and walked to the front desk, it was a pleasant surprise, and the room was even more surprising. The entire design was very modern, and they upgraded us to a room with a large bathtub. I have high standards for hotel rooms, including cleanliness, the quality of the decor, and breakfast. But this time, everything was very satisfactory. It was extremely hot in summer, and we planned to enter the Humble Administrator's Garden right when it opened, so we had to leave at 6:40 AM. Although breakfast usually starts at 7 AM, they offered to pack something for us. In the end, they opened breakfast for us at 6:30 AM. They were truly thoughtful. Even the kids were amazed when they entered, saying 'Wow, this is so nice!'

I brought my mom to Suzhou, and the most important thing was to have a comfortable stay. This hotel was great – very clean, close to attractions, and the breakfast was excellent. The front desk staff were very warm and helpful with any requests we had. We were very satisfied!
