The best hotel I have ever went to~ while the hotel is not big, the hotel staff are VERY friendly and help you with everything you need. The boss would offer food and even provide good advice! They even help us book 顺风车 to our next stop in Wuxi

Great location for many things ! Very walkable distance near jiangping road and also the humble garden which is near the museum of Suzhou. The hotel is situated 5 min from night markets where there’s stall that sell street food! It is also near shopping districts multiple ones at that. On the third floor there’s this tea room free to use for all. Finally the hotel owner and staffs are super nice and accommodating! 😁

The room is very pretty and location is very centralized. The owner is so helpful and friendly. Even bought the local delicacies for the guests, gave us 2 boxes of 苏州特产 to bring home and unlimited bottles of mineral water. The workers also help us bring our luggage to the end of the lane and help guide us back to the metro station to take the metro to 苏州站。We wished we had stayed longer instead of just 1 night.

Not impress by the reception area. However the warmness of the Staff and Boss are fantastic! And there is a tea area on 3rd floor.The location is excellent full of restaurant and food joints. And easy access by foot. Will definitely stay here again. Love this Hotel because of the ppl.

This is definitely one of the best hotel i ever stay in china. The receptionists are all very friendly and approachable. Service is top notch. The room is true to photo. It's very comfy, air-con is powerful too. Heater for the shower is excellent too!! They provide unlimited bottled water if you need extra, aside from those provided in your room. They also provide some tourist informations of where to go in suzhou. The location is great too, have so many selections of eateries every where, and its walkable distance to metro too. Most impressive part....they provide free washing machine and dryer! You can just use it yourself if you need it. Laundry powder and liquid are also provided. This service i doubt any hotel will usually provide it for free. Definitely a plus point They also give us some small snacks for free when we went out during the day. My booking exclude breakfast. Its like a suzhou delicacy riceballs. Its delicious On the day we checkout, the boss even give us 2 boxes of suzhou souvenirs snacks to bring home. I only hope this hotel will continue to keep it up. Will come back to this hotel, if i intend to come back to suzhou again. I will definitely recommend it to my friends if they intend to come visit suzhou. Thank you all again!!
