We traveling with 5 families member, 2 old folks my parents and 1 pregnant my sister. Lady boss and her mother very helpful and polite. Feel warm and save here.

Host is very friendly! Location is good. Walking distance to all the tourist places. Place is clean. Super comfy and great to stay in. Comes with tea break. Highly recommended to come here and stay~ 😍

This is a beautiful homestay. The place is near to the Humble Administrator’s garden and there are many food options nearby. The auntie at the homestay is very kind and friendly. She allowed us to use the washing machine. And gave us lots of tidbits and snacks for our stay! Thank you so much for the wonderful stay.❤️

A Comfortable and Welcoming Experience During my recent stay at this lovely hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the overall comfort and hospitality offered. The sleeping arrangements were excellent, allowing me to sleep well every night. The room was spacious, providing ample space to relax and move around comfortably. The heater was set to a perfect temperature, ensuring a cozy atmosphere without being too warm or too cold. One of the small but significant touches was the generous provision of mineral water. It was refreshing to have plenty of water available without needing to request more. What truly made the stay memorable were the owners. They were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Their warm hospitality added a personal touch that is often missing in larger hotels. Location is excellent, walking distance to nearby attraction and convenient to get Didi to every way. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and friendly place to stay. It certainly exceeded my expectations in many ways.

Very strategically located, surrounded by popular tourist spots. Metro station is about 5 mins walk away. Host was very friendly and hospitable, took very good care of us. Highly recommended!

The hotel is super comfortable and I would say the cleanliness is one of the best on the hotel I’ve stayed The staffs are very helpful and they provide us unlimited free water, snacks, and whenever we need any assistance they attended to us immediately with the friendly smile. I would greatly recommend this hotel and this is a must stay if you come to Suzhou.

The Homestay is located at a very strategic and perfect location. Reachable by car and Within walking distance to the suzhou museum, pingjiang road and guanqian road. The room is clean and very comfortable. The host is friendly helpful and very hospitable. They even helped to wash my cloths! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommended for those who would be visiting Suzhou 非常好的民宿，干净清洁，环境优雅，地理位置也很方便，走路可到平江路观前街等等。 民宿主人也很友善很健谈，像家人一般。极度推荐平江小院！

Very accommodating family business handled by mum and daughter. I had an amazing experience at [PingJiang Xiao Yuan] during my recent trip! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and incredibly helpful. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the room. It had all the amenities I needed, including a cozy bed, modern bathroom, and excellent Wi-Fi. The hotel’s location is perfect—conveniently situated near key attractions, restaurants, and public transport. I also loved the on-site tea tasting which added an extra touch to the overall experience. What stood out the most was the exceptional customer service. Everyone went out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, and I look forward to returning on my next trip!

This hotel provide a very good hospitality and its location is very convenient to all the scenic area around. The lady boss here is very helpful and welcoming and they even gave us souvenirs. And they provide dyson hairdryer !!! And also electronic toilet seat with multiple function. It was a very clean and pleasant stay here

The accommodation was conveniently located near public transport and Suzhou attractions. We had a wonderful stay. It felt like a homestay as the hosts were so friendly and helpful.The family room was comfortable and very clean. The complimentary traditional afternoon tea in their tea room was a lovely inclusion. We'd highly recommend Pingjiang Courtyard to anyone travelling to Suzhou.
