My kids absolutely loved it! The courtyard was so cozy and beautifully decorated. The owner was incredibly kind and hospitable; she brought us fruit and even helped us with our food delivery. She was so, so welcoming! Plus, there are two adorable cats. The location is also fantastic – really close to the subway station, Suzhou Museum, and Lion Grove Garden. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Suzhou!

The courtyard room was clean, and it was very quiet at night, which was perfect for my daughter and me. The owner was so thoughtful, giving my daughter a hair clip and Suzhou's local specialty, peach crisp. The little cat, Jindou, was adorable! We accidentally spilled beef noodle soup on the sofa, and the owner immediately took it to be cleaned. I offered to pay for the sofa cushion cleaning, but the owner said it wasn't necessary. It was a really great stay.

Location: The location is excellent. Lion Grove Garden, Humble Administrator's Garden, and Suzhou Museum are all within a few minutes' walk, which is really convenient for families with elderly people and children. Facilities: The air conditioning provides ample heating. The digital TV was already logged in as a member, but we spent most of our time out sightseeing, so we didn't watch much TV. Other facilities were sufficient, apart from the hot water pressure not being very strong. The nearby Suzhou Tai Tai restaurant serves excellent food. If you're driving, you can contact the owner in advance to arrange parking. Cleanliness: Impeccable, very clean. Environment: The courtyard is small but exquisite. There's a tea room available at any time for guests to make tea and chat, with complimentary snacks. The guesthouse has a total of 6 rooms. Since we were often out, the tea room was enough to satisfy our leisure time at the guesthouse. Service: The guesthouse owner and their family are incredibly hospitable and enthusiastic. The service is thoughtful and attentive; they even gave us two boxes of Suzhou shortbread. The two cats added extra fun for the children.

The room was spotless and odor-free, and it was wonderfully quiet at night. The facilities were excellent, and the service was warm and attentive. It's within walking distance to attractions like Humble Administrator's Garden, Tiger Hill, Pingjiang Road, and Guanqian Street. The host's cat was also very friendly and well-behaved, which my daughter absolutely loved!

The facilities are complete, the hygiene is good, the environment is pleasant, the service is warm and friendly, and the location is excellent, making it convenient to get anywhere!

Location so near with everything. Like Supermarket. Pharmacy. Restoran. Museum. The owner very kind n nice. Very helpfull. She help me to buy vape n medicine Room was nice design n clean. So many snack in the room. When we check out. We got a nice gifts.

My favourite place to stay in China on a 30 days trip! Not only the room was super nice, but the whole place was breathtaking cute and so cared for its decoration. The location is superb, just behind the train station next to humble garden and bus station. But the best of all is it's owner. The old lady was so, so nice to us... She is cheerful and friendly. Made us feel like at home, always smiling and hugging ( uncommon for chinese). She made us several gifts as cookies and small jewels. No need to speak same language when you meet warm hearted people! Totally recommended! It even made me write a review when I never do! ;)

Perfect for a family getaway, this cozy courtyard feels just like home. The bedding is comfortable, everything is clean, and there's even a smart toilet. The hostess is very warm and welcoming.

Very hospitable place with super awesome hosts!! They have two super friendly kitties at the reception area too. 100% recommended especially for families with little children!

Our group of four university friends stayed at Pingjiang Courtyard when we visited the Humble Administrator's Garden. It's only 100 meters away from the garden, which was incredibly convenient. The owner was super warm and attentive, making sure we had plenty of blankets and toiletries. The room itself was clean and comfortable. We'll definitely be back next time!

The room was exceptionally clean and tidy. The service was great, and it's super close to the scenic spots. The surrounding food options are also excellent; big thanks to the owner for her recommendations! There's a cool, aloof cat there, but it's really well-behaved.

The location is excellent, and the stay was very comfortable. The room was well-heated, I didn't feel cold at all. It was clean and hygienic, and the scent in the courtyard was lovely, making me feel relaxed as soon as I returned. After a long day of sightseeing, you can enjoy a cup of tea; the Biluochun was delicious! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Suzhou! The resident pet, Huihui, was also very friendly and playful, which made the stay even more enjoyable!
