First time in Suzhou, I chose this hotel online, and it was great, definitely worth recommending. Hygiene: It was very clean and nice. The details were well-handled, though some aspects of the decor felt a bit unfinished, almost like an amateur renovation team, haha... Service: Truly commendable. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and polite, making guests feel at ease. Breakfast was excellent and very diverse, offering many choices to satisfy all kinds of palates. Very good.

Decided to travel at the last minute! Stayed at this hotel and the service was excellent! The room was large and clean! The hotel breakfast was also delicious! I'll definitely book here again next time! Highly recommend it to everyone!

We always stay at this hotel in Suzhou. The sofa bed makes it comfortable for our family of three, though the water pressure in the room's faucet isn't very strong. Other than that, everything else is pretty good, and the breakfast is quite varied.

The lady at the front desk was incredibly helpful. When I checked in, the standard king room wasn't available, so she promptly upgraded me to a deluxe king room and even gave me a welcome gift. It was a very thoughtful gesture. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My second stay in a different room at this hotel was just as disappointing. Honestly, everything about it was a letdown. The room's hygiene was a major concern: the carpet was full of stains, and there was a thick layer of dust in the corners. The bathroom had a strong, unpleasant odor, indicating poor ventilation and cleaning, making for a very uncomfortable stay. The staff generally came across as cold and detached; their responses to my questions were dismissive and they lacked basic patience. The hotel lobby was chaotic and noisy, and the poor soundproofing meant I could constantly hear the racket when trying to rest – there was no peace and quiet whatsoever. What bothered me the most was the parking lot. The ground was uneven and messy, with trash and puddles everywhere. The parking spaces were poorly planned, and the lines were faded, making parking and maneuvering a real hassle. It was also very dusty and clearly not regularly maintained. From the rooms and service to the public areas and parking, everything was subpar. There was zero comfort, and the value for money was extremely low. I definitely do not recommend staying here.

I hate being asked for a good review. The phone was broken, and the TV couldn't cast anything. It's pretty average for 400.

This is my second stay at Hampton. The package included tickets to Hanshan Temple, which I visited, and then I also went to Lingering Garden. The location is excellent, hygiene is perfect, and the service is great. Food deliveries are brought by a robot, and the breakfast selection is rich. Very satisfied!

Stepping into the hotel lobby, the warm, yellow lighting and subtle fragrance instantly melted away my travel weariness. In the room, the plush bedding enveloped me like a cloud, with the sparkling night view outside the window serving as the gentlest backdrop. There was no sense of unfamiliarity here, only the perfect amount of comfort and tranquility, allowing me to drift off into a peaceful sleep, enjoying a perfect, home-like night.

I chose Hilton mainly because of its brand consistency and reliability, which usually means a safe bet. This particular hotel was pretty standard overall, but it did have quite a few drawbacks. The location is a bit far from the subway station, so getting around often required a taxi. The soundproofing in the rooms was quite poor; I was woken up around 7 AM by noisy street sounds, and even with the windows closed tightly, it was impossible to block out, severely affecting my sleep quality. Breakfast was served in the lobby on the first floor, which was also the first time I've encountered a Hilton where the breakfast area was in the main lobby. The variety of food was limited, and the taste was just average.

Fine hotel with quite rooms; enough space en a good view. The room is clean with a good bed and a fine shower. There is a wide variety of different types of food available for breakfast and good koffee

The hotel facilities are complete, and the breakfast is also very rich; the kids loved it. The lobby staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, very warm and attentive. The room was very clean, and they even gave us a small New Year's gift and some fruit. We slept very quietly and comfortably. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Suzhou!
