Zeyiju Jingshe (Suzhou Guanqian Street Pingjiang Road)

The room was quite spacious, and I really liked the new Chinese-style decor. It was also very clean. The main advantage is the convenient location – it's very close to Humble Administrator's Garden, Lion Grove Garden, and Pingjiang Road!

Found a hidden gem for my Suzhou trip: the Zeyiju Jingzhe! The entire guesthouse has an elegant new Chinese aesthetic, with solid wood furniture, ink wash paintings, and round carved wooden partitions. Every step reveals a new scenic view, exuding the tranquil charm of a Jiangnan Zen garden – it's incredibly photogenic. The rooms are spacious and airy, with a soft, comfortable large bed, and even a separate tea table. It's so relaxing to brew a pot of tea and unwind in your free time. The linens are clean and tidy, and the bathroom amenities are complete; the attention to detail is truly impressive. Just outside the window are ancient buildings with white walls and dark tiled roofs, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle. It feels like living inside a classical Suzhou garden, creating an absolutely perfect ambiance. I highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates Chinese aesthetics!

The room was spotlessly clean, the mattress was just right—not too soft, not too firm—and I slept wonderfully. Both the heating and air conditioning worked perfectly. The location is fantastic, right behind Xuanmiao Temple. It's only about a hundred meters to Guanqian Street, making it incredibly convenient for dining. The hotel isn't huge, but it's clean, tidy, and exceptionally well-managed. The front desk staff are all very enthusiastic and quick to resolve any issues. I really feel like I struck gold with this place on my trip to Suzhou. I'll definitely be staying here again next time!
