I chose the City Comfort Inn Hanshan Temple store for my trip to Suzhou, and the experience was superb, definitely a five-star recommendation! The location is amazing. It's just a few minutes' walk to Hanshan Temple and close to Binhe Road subway station, making it very convenient to get to Lingering Garden and Shantang Street. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the toiletries were complete. The front desk lady was warm and attentive, answering all my questions and even helping me plan my sightseeing route. The hotel offers free parking and a self-service laundry room. The breakfast has a wide variety and tastes great. Overall, the value for money is excellent, the service is thoughtful, and the facilities are comprehensive, making for a comfortable and pleasant stay. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit Suzhou, and I highly recommend it to friends traveling there!

Location is convenient as it is 7 to 8 minutes' walk away from RT-Mart 大润发。 There is a big supermarket there and some eateries. City comfort chain hotels indeed live up to its name of being comfortable. The hotel service is good. However, the walls are thin and I could still hear the neighbouring room talking at 1am. I could even hear the tap being turned on. At 6am or 7am, you wake up whether or not you like it because guests in neighbouring rooms are going out for breakfast and you keep hearing the slamming of doors due to the thin walls. The staff are friendly and meticulous from the counter staff to the restaurant staff right to the housekeeping staff. The hotel is also popular, enjoying 80% occupancy rate even on the first floor which is the cheapest and noisiest as the restaurant is on the first floor. If they maintain the good standard, they could hit full occupancy.
