My stay was just okay. 1. The bathroom in my room didn't have a bathmat, and there was an open tube of toothpaste left by the previous guest. 2. We only got two complimentary bottles of water, and when we ran out, the front desk wouldn't provide more. Also, there were no complimentary razors. 3. The room service was a nice touch, but the menu was incomplete. And the staff who picked up the dishes were quite unprofessional; they didn't take all the rubbish and didn't even wipe the table, which happened twice. 4. I wasn't going to leave a review, but I stayed for three consecutive days and checked out before 2:30 PM, yet they still charged me an overtime deposit. Even if it's according to their policy, it should only be 60. I raised this issue, but got no resolution.

Would be great if the hotel could offer Online TV as the hotel currently only offer local TV programs. In this era most hotels already offer online TV which allows more variety and the ability to play back programs.

Very very happy to stay in this hotel. I don't expect the room is so superior and high class with the price I paid. More over the 24 hour Restaurant service and the food prices is very very reasonable and with many varieties. Love to stay again.

The location is good, with many food options on the ground floor. The hotel has a grand design, though it is not modern. However, a RMB 500 deposit is required, which was unexpected.

Huge lobby but seemed to be short of staff. We had 2 huge luggage n 2 small luggage. There's no one to help us to retrieve the luggage from the car upon arrival (we are 2 petite ladies.) However, the room is very spacious but seemed to have a cigarette smell. I could not swipe my credit card hence we paid cash. Maybe it's not meant for foreigners. Plus point is that it's walking distance to subway and malls.

Hostel was very good and the 24 buffet service is very convenient. The staff serves smoothly. However the checkin was very time consuming.
