It's a great hotel

Great location for XJTLU students – but not ideal for long stays The hotel is very conveniently located, especially for students of XJTLU. There’s a food market just below, with many nearby restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance, which makes daily life easy. The staff were kind and helpful. I experienced two issues with a leaking air conditioner, but the team responded promptly, showed understanding, and even upgraded my room. However, the facilities are basic. While the room was clean, there were some discomforts: no windows, which made the space feel a bit claustrophobic and gloomy, especially for a longer stay. The carpets in the corridors were dirty, and the room had an unusual odor. Towels felt a bit worn. A big plus is the laundry room, which is very helpful for longer visits. Overall, this hotel is okay for short-term stays and student convenience, but may not suit guests seeking comfort or ambiance for extended periods.

All is good! Service was nice. Next time i will be here again.
