Love our stay! Room with beautiful view, very clean, spacious. Breakfast was great! Very friendly and helpful staff. Oh and the robot helper was very cute and very helpful as well.

Nice spot to stay. Staff were extremely helpful and gave good direction for getting into town. Location a little too far out of Suzhou but there is plenty to do in the surrounding area. Pool was nice and clean.

The room was great, especially since we have young children. The only minor complaint we had was that it was frustrating to use the swimming pool, regular and kids pool, because they had too many kids there for swimming lessons all different times throughout the day 🥴

We stayed at the hotel before we moved into our apartment in Suzhou and really had an amazing stay. Staff treated us with so much respect and really helped whenever we needed help. Would definitely come and stay at this hotel again.
