The bathroom in the room had a shower over the bathtub, which I'm personally not a big fan of, so I only stayed for one day. The TV only offered domestic channels, no international ones. Other than that, everything else was okay.

I've been to Suzhou many times, but this apartment is the best for family trips. We booked the pet-friendly suite, and the room was very spacious. The facilities like the swimming pool and gym were excellent. It's also very close to Jinji Lake, making it a top choice for a relaxing getaway.

The room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was incredibly rich and varied, offering everything from milk and soy milk to wontons and stir-fried dishes. It offers great value for money, and the service was excellent. The hotel has a luxurious feel, and there were quite a few international guests. It's also very close to Jinji Lake, where you can watch the sunset 🌇

Came to Suzhou for a relaxing weekend and booked this hotel specifically because it's pet-friendly. When our cat checked in, we received a welcome kit for pets with everything needed for play and use, and there were even cat bowls in the room – very thoughtful! The room was super spacious, with an apartment-style layout, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen, making it feel just like home. Our little cat could even take strolls in the hallway. The hotel also has its own swimming pool and gym, and the breakfast spread was quite good. It's not far from Jinji Lake by car, so you can easily head there for dining, entertainment, and activities.

Great serviced apartment in Suzhou. The room was spacious, modern, and very clean. Having a washer, dryer, and kitchenette made the stay much more comfortable. The location is convenient, with easy access to the business district, restaurants, and shopping. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to both business and solo travelers.

It was very cosy and comfortable with kids and pet! Friendly staffs & huge green field next to Bldg.  there is subway station also !

My relatives came to Suzhou, so I chose a hotel apartment close to my home. The room was spacious and offered excellent value for money. The front desk was also thoughtful enough to switch us to a room with a view of Baitang Park.

This place is anything you can wish and expect  I was nicely surprised  An apparent with cooking and washing facilities  Cutlery and a great breakfast  I come again !

Overall, my experience was just average. I hope the hotel takes these points seriously: 1. **Bathroom Configuration:** One of the two bathrooms in our room had a bathtub instead of a shower. Showering in a tub is completely different from a dedicated shower stall – it's less safe and essentially, you're still only getting one proper 'shower' setup. 2. **Limited TV Channels:** The TV in the room offered very few channels, almost to the point of being useless. 3. **Breakfast Service:** We went for breakfast at 9 AM, and most of the food was already gone with no timely replenishment. 4. **No Heating/Cooling Only:** The room only had air conditioning. With the recent drop in temperature, it was very cold at night. Some of my family members even caught a cold! 5. **Slow Elevators:** Although there are three elevators, the waiting time was quite long. **Pros:** * There's a 24-hour convenience store right outside. * The soundproofing in the room was decent.

I chose the Ascott Whitefield Financial Centre Suzhou for Stefanie Sun's concert and it exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was decent, but I didn't get a chance to use the gym this time. Getting around was really convenient; it was about 20 minutes to Suzhou North Station, Lion Grove Garden, and Lingering Garden, and around 30 minutes to Tiger Hill, so the location was perfect. I stayed for two nights in total and had a great experience overall.

The hotel's name might be a bit generic, but overall, the conditions are excellent – comfortable and cozy, with full apartment-style amenities. The kids loved the pool room, which isn't something you find everywhere. It's very convenient for getting to Jinji Lake. Plus, the price with breakfast was almost half of what the hotel across the street charges.

Environment: This is my go-to hotel every time I'm on a business trip. The location is excellent, right above a subway station, making it super convenient to get anywhere. Facilities: The rooms are well-equipped with a washing machine, microwave, and even pots and pans. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices and the quality is consistently good!

My stay this time was excellent, and the room was very comfortable. I forgot my charger and was in a hurry to leave, so I asked the front desk for help. Vivian was incredibly patient and immediately found a spare power bank for me. In the evening, I wanted an extra blanket, and Goya promptly delivered it after I contacted her. The service was quick and thoughtful, truly top-notch.

This is a branded hotel in Singapore, and the room felt cozy, like a small home. I only stayed for one night during my trip back to Shanghai, but the hotel service and staff attitude were excellent. The room was also very clean and had no strange odors. Definitely worth staying here again!
