The young lady at the front desk was incredibly enthusiastic and even upgraded our room for free when we checked in. It happened to be raining that day, and my child fell while playing, getting their pants all muddy. We washed the pants, and the front desk kindly dried them for us, free of charge. The accommodation itself was also great, and its proximity to attractions made getting around, sightseeing, and trying out local food spots very convenient.

Clean and hygienic, and the front desk staff were polite and enthusiastic! The location is convenient, just a 10-minute walk to Pingjiang Road, perfect for enjoying the night scenery and delicious food. It's only two metro stops to Suzhou Station, or a 10-minute taxi ride. The Humble Administrator's Garden, Suzhou Museum, and Lion Grove Garden are all very close by.

I randomly picked this hotel for my daughter's exam, and it turned out to be an excellent experience! The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location is super easy to find, close to the Humble Administrator's Garden, and there are tons of restaurants nearby. The area has a strong Jiangnan vibe, and the room itself was clean and tidy.

This hotel in the Old Town is a rare find, boasting over a dozen parking spaces. The front desk staff are all beautiful and very considerate. Right at the entrance, there's a small restaurant that's always packed with locals at mealtimes, and I felt the food tasted much better than those popular 'influencer' spots! It's also super close to Humble Administrator's Garden, Suzhou Museum, and Pingjiang Road – less than a ten-minute walk to all these attractions!

If I were leaving a malicious review, I wouldn't have paid real money to stay here and suffer like this. I saw and touched the hard bed and the small insects on it myself; you can check the time and location of the photos I took to see if they were actually taken at your hotel. I have sensitive skin and get hives from sleeping on unclean beds, and sleeping on your hotel's bed caused me to have hives and feel incredibly itchy—I have photos to prove it. How does that constitute malicious review? I didn't even complain about the unpleasantness before my check-in; I paid the money and just wanted a comfortable stay. It was only after these unpleasant experiences that I decided to leave a review. My review is entirely based on my actual experience; I didn't embellish anything. Instead of addressing the issues of the hard, unclean, and insect-infested bed, your hotel accuses me of leaving a malicious review—isn't that avoiding the real issue? I'm simply writing down my honest experience to prevent others from encountering the same problems; how does that constitute a malicious review? If the hotel thinks I'm wrong, they should check the room themselves instead of accusing me of leaving a malicious review first.

The price/performance ratio is very high, the location is convenient, the facilities are complete, the service attitude is good, and the room design is very comfortable. Can be improved: The mattress is a bit hard and the bathroom hygiene can be improved.

The wall-mounted hair dryer in the hotel doesn't work. I almost caught fire when I used it. There were no signs or measures. Then when I checked out the next day, they told me that I wanted to cancel the order. After the cancellation, they asked me to pay, but I didn't agree. Later, I called Ctrip to handle it. It's not only unsafe, but also deceiving customers.

The top wall is peeling off, but it's not serious. I stayed in the first room of the annex building, which was a bit noisy with people coming and going, and the door banging when the wind was opened, which was a bit scary in the middle of the night. Other things were OK, and the service was satisfactory.

I want to use it as a water cup. The front desk who often wears a mask in the afternoon time impressed me. The service is very attentive. I went to the front desk in the morning to deposit my bag and then played outside for a few hours. When I came back to check in, the bag was labeled with my name.
