定了行政雙床房，在31樓視野很好，包含行政酒廊，早餐、下午茶、晚上的簡餐都可以在31樓用餐。早上2樓用餐的人很多，週末還要排隊，果斷跑回31樓，品種其實差不多，這裏還可以單點，牛油果色拉真的很不錯。下午茶品種不多，晚餐的話2天會有部分品種更換，還有酒水，店員會幫忙調酒。誇誇這裏的沙拉好新鮮，每頓必須滿滿一盤，奶酪品種也多，小朋友很喜歡。

地鐵1號線星港街站直達，無縫連接市區與景點（如平江路、拙政園約30分鐘車程）。週末入住排隊時間較長，建議錯峯或提前網上check-in

入住時候前台主動按照要求升級了高樓層大房間
入住時間雖久但是工作人員態度都很好
房間整潔寬敞 兩個人也綽綽有餘該有的設施和客房用品都很齊全
周邊離金雞湖很近 市中心打車都是十分鐘左右 晚上回來還開了夜床 很美好的一次體驗

酒店的設施設備維護的很好，香格里拉老牌五星了這一家算比較新的，酒店與時俱進有送餐機器人小朋友會喜歡，房間景觀也很無敵；位置也沒得説離地鐵口很近，金雞湖幾分鐘就到；最值得一誇就是服務，從預訂到退房都有Yvonne管家全程陪伴，也幫助解決了很多問題，熱情周到的服務也是會讓我再次選擇他們家的理由，和家人一起在香格里拉度過了一個愉快而温馨的週末，下次還會選擇這裏

訂的2間房，行政雙床房和豪華雙床房都能看摩天輪，送了行政下午茶。週六早上9點多鐘到的，但正常登記入住時間是12點後，前台接待員説週五滿房，但登記是快、好、耐心，很快入住房間。老品牌、服務好、管理者👍客房和前廳勾通快速👍
