My trip to Suzhou was made so much better thanks to this hotel! The front desk service was fantastic—they stood up to greet me the moment I walked in with my luggage. The cleaning staff were also very friendly and proactive, and the room was cleaned every day. The soundproofing was great, and the soft bed and pillows made for a very restful sleep. The room also came equipped with a fridge and a TV. On my last day, the receptionist kindly offered a late check-out until 2 PM, and when I was leaving, the front desk even gave me a small gift, haha! The overall experience was truly wonderful. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Suzhou!

The location is easy to find and very close to several main attractions. The hotel has a parking lot, which makes driving a breeze. The room environment is nice, and the smart appliances are very convenient. Overall, the stay was pleasant, and the service was quite attentive.

The “Happy Birthday” wish from the handsome guy at the front desk on March 29th will stay in my heart forever. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Suzhou! The price I got this time was fantastic. This hotel runs even better than Ji Hotel and Atour, and the service and facilities are on par with them. The only regret this time was that breakfast was no longer served. I know times are tough for everyone right now, but if you can hang in there, you'll make it through! The hotel is very close to Osmanthus Park (Guihua Park). During these days when the air is filled with the scent of osmanthus, staying in the city is the absolute best choice. Even though there's no breakfast at the hotel, there are plenty of options right across the street. With subways and buses in all directions, getting to every scenic spot is super convenient. The front desk butler provided great service. Last time I didn't get a little gift, but they didn't forget this time—they gave me a cute Mianlang doll upon check-out. Thank you so much! Keep up the great work, and I hope you'll surpass Ji Hotel and Atour soon!

Found this hotel on Ctrip. It's located near the subway, the rooms are very spacious, and the amenities are smart-controlled—quite a learning curve for seniors like us in our seventies! The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming, making for a perfect end to our Suzhou trip.

Great location, clean and tidy room, and a bathroom with a separate wet and dry area. The staff proactively offered a late check-out until 12:00 PM the next day. Considering my tiring journey, they even gave me two bottles of water and a massage hammer. It was such a heartwarming and comfortable experience!

The hotel room facilities are clean and tidy. The lighting and curtain opening/closing can all be voice-controlled. The hotel is very close to the Master of the Nets Garden, within walking distance. After visiting the Master of the Nets Garden, it's not far to walk to Pingjiang Road Scenic Area either. Free parking is available, and guests can check out late until 2 PM. The front desk service is excellent.

24-hour heartwarming butler service: You can add them on WeChat, and they're available at any time. Very good. Whole house equipped with Xiaodu smart control. Late check-out until 2:00 PM (subject to availability): This is quite thoughtful. The hotel is also only 150 meters from the popular internet-famous *guotie* (potsticker) shop.
