The location was very good. It's near the center, not far away from all the traditional streets. The service was very nice and professional. Free laundry big plus. The Smart AI voice recognition was really fun and useful. It can do basic things like turn on the music, light, air con and such. Very nice hotel, would definitely recommend!

這個房間很不錯，兩個大床，我們三個大人兩個小孩睡着合適！孩子很喜歡這個房間，唯一的缺點就是空間太大上面製冷比較慢，需要很久才能涼快下來！不過晚上的温度適合我這種怕冷的人！酒店位置，交通，服務各方面都很不錯，幾個年輕的前台小帥哥和小美女都很熱情，有一個還是我們家鄉的，一聽口音都聽出來了！在蘇州玩三天住三晚，總之都很愉快！很喜歡蘇州，以後看退休了還會再來！

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Suzhou! The location is excellent, close to many attractions and easy to get around. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-designed, with all the amenities I needed. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help with any request.

酒店位置很棒，周邊有環宇薈可以吃飯，也可以步行或者公交直接到十全街來一場city walk，周邊公交地鐵都很近，地鐵去金雞湖也很方便，蘇大就在周邊，也很適合高中孩子前往。酒店工作人員非常熱情，提前電話聯繫告知出行注意事項，有要求都能及時回覆，離店時還特地給小朋友準備了冰涼貼，並準備了飲用水。

I had a one day trip to Suzhou and I decided to stay in this hotel. The location was easy to access through metro so I can manage to travel to different attractions.
The room is better than expected. I had a great time even it was just for a short day.
