Courtyard by Marriott Suzhou

Great location, convenient for getting anywhere. As a member, I received free breakfast for my child, and all the services were very friendly. I'll definitely stay here again. The only downside is that the soundproofing is a bit poor; if you have noisy neighbors, you'll need to ask the hotel to remind them.

The environment here is great, but the highlight is definitely the staff's exceptional attitude. My delivery order got lost due to the rider, but the hotel staff were incredibly responsible, especially the manager at the front desk on the first floor. They were super patient and helped me track it down in the end. Thumbs up! This hotel is truly worth recommending.

The room was very clean and had a quality feel to it. The hotel's location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the Gate of the Orient. Downstairs, there's a subway station, an English restaurant, and a Mexican restaurant. I stayed here for a business trip last time, and this time I brought my child. It's a peaceful oasis in the CBD, really great. The hotel's breakfast is also quite famous.

The room was quite spacious, clean, and hygienic. The surrounding area is great, with a convenience store downstairs and the subway about 100 meters away. They even specially sent some fruit, so I was very satisfied with the service. I'll definitely consider Courtyard by Marriott again next time.

The room was great and the service was excellent. For guests who want to take a bath, an auntie can come to deep clean the tub. It's located in a very bustling downtown area, but unfortunately, I didn't have enough time to go out and explore. The breakfast was very rich and varied.

The location is extremely convenient. It's close to both the business and financial districts, making it ideal for business trips. The overall decor and ambiance are quite good, and the stay was comfortable, with the room temperature well-regulated.

The hotel's location is excellent. It's just three stops on Metro Line 4 from the train station, right outside the hotel, and Line 6 is also nearby, making travel very convenient! Upon entering the lobby, my first impression was how grand and clean it was. The greeters were all smiling, proactively saying hello, which felt very welcoming. After a quick check-in, I found the room to be exactly as depicted in the official pictures – very clean, with a comfortable view. The garden-view room offered a lovely sight of lush green trees and a river. I also want to thank all the staff at the breakfast buffet. They meticulously prepared a variety of Ningbo specialty snacks. I could really feel the kitchen's dedication to letting guests from all over experience local Ningbo flavors. I want to say that your hard work is appreciated. Thanks to the hotel's F&B and service departments for their efforts, which made our trip incredibly satisfying and enjoyable. I was even a little reluctant to leave. I look forward to staying here again next time.

The room was great, and the service was excellent – very responsive and quick to resolve any issues. The location is good, with convenient transportation. The only drawback was the rather mediocre breakfast. However, the Suzhou Center nearby offers a one-stop solution for dining and shopping.
