The front desk staff (specifically a young lady) provided excellent service; since it wasn't the weekend, they even gave me a free room upgrade. The hotel is located near an elevated highway, but it wasn't noisy at all once the windows were closed tightly. The breakfast was quite good with a wide variety of options. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

We traveled to Suzhou with elderly family members and children. This hotel was a great choice for our family. The staff were friendly and helpful. They carried our luggage up and down the stairs, which helped us a lot. There are washing machines and dryers in the hotel. This was very convenient during our stay. Breakfast had many choices, including Chinese and Western food. Both adults and children enjoyed it. The hotel is comfortable and the price is reasonable. It is good value for money. We had a nice stay and will choose this hotel again next time.

The room size was decent, perfect for one adult and one child. The front desk kindly put us on the top floor, which helped a lot in reducing the traffic noise from the Suzhou East Ring Road viaduct next door. There were plenty of charging ports for phones, the water heater worked well, and the air conditioning kept the room nice and warm. The breakfast buffet was quite extensive and tasty too!

The rooms are very unique and clean. The staff at the front desk, both the young men and women, were incredibly warm and welcoming. Even during the Chinese New Year, their service was top-notch. We were traveling with elderly family members and children, and the front desk staff went above and beyond to help us choose the best rooms and even prepared many little gifts for the kids, which was very thoughtful. The breakfast selection was also extensive, making it perfect for a family trip. We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Suzhou.

This stay was incredibly satisfying! The hotel's facilities are top-notch, and the hot water for showers was plentiful and very comfortable to use. All the staff were exceptionally warm and attentive, always thinking of guests' needs and resolving issues quickly and efficiently. My husband accidentally took the room key, and I couldn't get upstairs, but the staff immediately issued a new card and kindly reminded me to bring both cards when checking out. The breakfast selection was incredibly rich, with both Chinese and Western options, and the taste was authentic. I was really satisfied and would love to come back again to try more. They even gave us some snacks for the road when we checked out, which was such a pleasant surprise! All in all, this stay was incredibly comfortable, and I'll definitely come back if I have the chance!

When driving to the hotel, you can use the non-motorized vehicle lane to get to the parking lot, which is really convenient. The service was excellent, and the breakfast was superb! It's just one subway stop from Pingjiang Road and also close to Jinji Lake!

The lady at the front desk in the grey top was super nice and helpful! 👍🏻 The auntie I met on the 7th floor was very polite, and the auntie at the 2nd-floor restaurant's front desk was also very thoughtful. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time. ☺️

They helped us arrange two quiet, adjoining rooms, which was great. The breakfast was plentiful, and my family really enjoyed it – much better than the previous hotel we stayed at. It was super convenient for getting around, with a subway station right next door. Plus, there's a free gym and laundry room. Overall, the hotel was excellent. Even though there were a couple of minor issues, they proactively contacted us and resolved them quickly, even sending us some fruit. The front desk staff were all very friendly and enthusiastic, offering great recommendations for things to see and eat. Since we were traveling with elderly family members and had some time planning issues, we couldn't make it back in time, but the hotel kindly extended our check-out until 6 PM, which was very thoughtful and accommodating. I forgot to take photos of the hotel! 😅

Had a fantastic stay! As expected from a mid-to-high-end Hilton property, it's perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. All the facilities are comprehensive, and the amenities provided are very generous. The accent wall in the room subtly incorporates Suzhou garden design, and the room itself is well-equipped, cozy, and elegantly decorated. I'm very particular about bedding, and the mattress here was just right – not too soft, not too firm, offering excellent support that was great for my back, allowing me to sleep soundly all night. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, rich, and nutritious. Overall, a very satisfying stay! 👍

We stayed at this Hampton by Hilton for our New Year's trip to Suzhou with our child. The pros are its convenient location between Suzhou Old Town and Jinji Lake New District, making it easy to get anywhere, perfect for family travel. The service was also excellent; they even gave our child a special gift when we checked out. The only minor drawback is that the hotel facilities are a bit old and could use an upgrade.
