The front desk staff were excellent, and we got a free upgrade to a family room with a small tent, which was fantastic value for money. My child absolutely loved the trampoline track in the kids' play area, and also had a great time playing in the bathtub. We'll definitely book this hotel again next time we're in Suzhou.

The room wasn't huge, but it had everything we needed. The layout was a bit quirky and felt a bit dated. The staff were very enthusiastic, but they didn't have any toiletries for children, which was a bit odd for a family-friendly hotel. However, the pool and kids' club were both excellent!

I was thinking, for a few hundred bucks, what more could I ask for? Turns out, this place has everything, easily comparable to hotels costing 1000 a night! The family room was super comfortable. The picture books, building blocks, and stationery box provided in the room were all a hit with the kids. Breakfast was extensive, there's a pool, a kids' pool, and an enormous children's play area with a dedicated trampoline zone – it was so much fun, seriously! The only thing that needs improvement is the air conditioning; it felt a bit faulty and wasn't cooling, making the room a little warm. The service was excellent, and they even gave us a small gift when we left. This is absolutely the best value-for-money family hotel out there! We'll definitely be back!

Extremely satisfied! We arrived quite late with our child that day, and the front desk staff upgraded our room, which was incredibly kind. The room's cleanliness was generally good, and our little one absolutely loved it. They woke up early the next morning to go to the kids' play area, which was also great. The hotel food was quite delicious, especially the stir-fried eel, it was amazing! We even packed up a lot of dishes when we left. A truly wonderful experience.

Why all the bad reviews? It said 'Luxury Twin Room by the Ancient Canal,' but all I saw was a bunch of tall buildings. When I asked the staff if the Ancient Canal had moved, they haughtily told me, 'Our hotel is located by the Ancient Canal, but that has nothing to do with whether your room has a view.' They were so arrogant, it was unbelievable. Then they tried to claim it might be because the hotel was fully booked due to a concert. I didn't even check in in the middle of the night for them to tell me there were no rooms. Even if there really weren't any, a heads-up would have been appreciated. I was only staying one night for the concert anyway; I wouldn't choose a hotel like this for an actual vacation. They also advertised a 'large bathtub.' You can tell from the pictures how big it really is. The curtain that's supposed to block the view from the bathtub was broken. What luxurious facilities! And 'floor-to-ceiling windows'? Maybe my understanding of floor-to-ceiling windows is outdated? How can a window with steps below it be called a floor-to-ceiling window? The 'smart toilet' is a manual version; its 'smart' features are entirely dependent on human operation. If you say it's smart, then it's smart. For breakfast, you have to go to the building next door. The breakfast was indescribable, truly worse than the many snack shops all over Suzhou. Hotels around a concert venue usually don't lack business. It's truly incredible that this hotel still needs to resort to wordplay and false advertising to save face!

It was incredibly crowded during the holiday. The first time I ordered something via the robot delivery, it took forever, but after I called the hotel, the second delivery arrived manually right after I hung up. It's conveniently located near attractions like Hanshan Temple.
