Tucked away in a lively area, this hotel is super close to Humble Administrator's Garden, Suzhou Museum, Lion Grove Garden, Pingjiang Road, and Guanqian Street – all within walking distance! The transport links are great, and there are tons of fantastic food options nearby. Loved it!

A truly perfect stay. The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to all the major attractions. My recommended one-day itinerary is: Humble Administrator's Garden ➡️ Suzhou Museum ➡️ Lion Grove Garden ➡️ Pingjiang Road. Humble Administrator's Garden and Lion Grove Garden are famous but tend to be very crowded. If you have time, do check out Canglang Pavilion and Master of the Nets Garden – they are beautiful, less crowded, and very close by. In the evening, you could visit Seven Mile Shantang for the night views, but honestly, if you're short on time, just sticking to Pingjiang Road is wonderful. The hotel service was fantastic and it's particularly well-suited for families looking for a customized experience.

We were upgraded to a concubine suite, which was really immersive! The room was spacious and well-located. The environment was beautiful, with a garden-style design throughout. It's a shame we were in such a hurry and didn't get a chance to take photos.

The Laifengting Hotel is quite unique, and the front desk service is excellent! It's designed in a classic garden style, complete with its own courtyard, rockeries, covered walkways, and pavilions. There were even two winter sweet blossoms already in bloom, which made for some fantastic photos. The amenities and services were also very good. All in all, it was a very satisfying stay!

Pingjiang Mansion is essentially a classical garden. The lobby and its surroundings exude an antique charm, and a 'half garden' is located within the hotel itself. You can access it with your room key, giving you the feel of strolling through a traditional garden. There are even tea seats inside, perfect for a relaxed gathering and chat. Cangjie and Pingjiang Road are both very close. In the afternoon, I explored Pingjiang Road, returned to the hotel for a short rest, and then went out to the night market. It was a delightful experience of eating and exploring. The hotel restaurant offers Pingtan (storytelling and ballad singing) performances in the evening, with great service and a flexible menu to suit any budget. The service in both the lobby and the guest rooms was excellent. They also offer night boat tours (138 RMB) and Zhouzhuang tours (200 RMB), which are standard market prices and include pick-up and drop-off.

A quiet oasis amidst the hustle and bustle, this place truly has a unique garden-like charm. The breakfast was incredibly rich and varied, and we even got a complimentary Pingshu (storytelling with music) performance – it left us wanting more! The room was spacious, clean, and free of any strange odors, making for a very comfortable stay.
