Grace Hotel

I stayed in a top-floor business suite. While the outdated facilities were tolerable, the water pressure in both the shower and sink was extremely low, barely a trickle. Guests were openly eating instant noodles in the lobby bar without any staff intervention. The breakfast was truly subpar. I wouldn't recommend staying here; even budget hotels offer a better experience.

The room facilities were old and the hygiene was terrible. On the first day, the toilet in the bathroom was very dirty. The staff brought disposable toilet seat covers and asked us to use them. When we refused, they made a rather disdainful sound. The bathroom had a foul odor, and the cabinets smelled of mildew, so they upgraded us to a different room. The new room, however, had hair everywhere… It doesn't match a four-star rating at all; it's worse than an average budget hotel. The only staff member with a good service attitude was the one greeting guests at breakfast, who would proactively say hello. Otherwise, there was no sense of service at all. Hygiene and service are the two major weaknesses. Everyone, be careful if you stay here.

The room facilities were incredibly old! Someone knocked on the door with a food delivery right after I checked in! The room door rattled all night because of the wind, making it impossible to sleep! The air conditioning was practically useless! This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in for almost 400 yuan!

1. Great location. 2. Excellent service. 3. The ventilation system is powerful, the room is spacious, and soundproofing is good. The mini-fridge is also a plus. 4. Although the decor is a bit old, it's tidy and clean. 5. This time, I got a free room upgrade, so it's great value for money.

The room was spacious with a nice view. It's just a shame they charge for the laundry room.

Stayed for three nights, and the hotel gave us a free upgrade to an executive room. It was spacious, the bathroom was large, and overall I felt it was great value for money. For just over 270, it included the upgrade and breakfast for two. Being on the 21st floor, the view was excellent, and we could even see Suzhou's iconic landmarks! The only downside was that the facilities were a bit dated, but the water pressure was good.

The room was pretty subpar. The carpet had a lot of stains, the toilet flush wasn't working properly, and the bathroom fan was also out of order. The soundproofing was very poor, and the overall facilities felt quite basic. On the bright side, the staff provided good service. Considering everything, I wouldn't choose to stay here again.
