The hot springs are clean and there are many pools, so kids can play in the cooler ones, making it suitable for all ages. Downstairs there's a small kids' play area and a restaurant. The restaurant offers good breakfast and dinner options at reasonable prices! The staff provide excellent service!

The room was pretty good, service was excellent, and breakfast offered a great variety. There were so many hot spring options, including fish therapy and ginseng springs, each with different styles and temperatures, so you could choose what you liked. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

Extremely satisfied! From now on, whenever I want to go to a hot spring, I'll come here. The hotel facilities are excellent in every aspect, and the hot springs are very clean and relaxing. The local restaurant on the first floor has amazing food. This trip was a bit rushed, so I'll definitely be back next time!

The room was spacious and clean, and the 1.5-meter bed was large. However, the mattress was a bit too soft, and there was no dedicated luggage rack, so I had to put my bags on the floor. The bathroom vanity was tiny, with no space for cosmetics; I had to store them in the cup-holder drawer. There was also no full-length mirror by the door. On the positive side, the hotel is very pet-friendly. They provided a dog bed, pee pads, and a water bowl. The third floor even has a dedicated pet room with dog crates. The restaurant is conveniently located next to the lobby on the ground floor, and there's a hot spring. Overall, it offers good value for money. I suggest adding luggage racks, a full-length mirror, and more chairs to make the stay even more comfortable.

Been here countless times! This is usually my go-to spot for a simple staycation, and I've watched Mount Shu grow into a popular tourist destination. I've always visited in winter before, so this was my first summer trip, and I was surprised by how many people were here. They've added a small kids' play area, which is great for the little ones to have more space to play. See you in winter!

Highly recommend Suzhou Shushan Shuxiang Shijia for families with kids! The tatami room we booked turned into a little playground for our baby. With three beds pushed together, we didn't have to worry about the little one rolling off, and there was plenty of space for three adults and two kids to sleep comfortably. The hot springs were incredibly relaxing for both adults and children. Soaking in the various herbal pools left us feeling completely refreshed. The kids' water park was an absolute 'energy-burner' – our little one played there from afternoon until evening! The fish spa had them giggling non-stop as the tiny fish nibbled at their feet. Adults could take turns playing without getting tired. We're definitely planning to come back for a few more days in the crisp autumn weather to explore the Shushan plank road. P.S. It's the season for Cuiguan pears right now! There are pear orchards nearby and stalls selling pears all along the road. Cuiguan pears are incredibly juicy and have a wonderfully sweet, refreshing taste. We even took a whole box home with us!
