Pros:
The staff is friendly.
There is a small fridge in the room.
The room is bright.
There is a bathtub.
Cons:
The location is not ideal—it’s far from the main attractions, and those nearby are not very interesting.
The hotel is showing its age. Some furniture is chipped, and there is mold in the bathroom.
The cleaning staff used chlorine, leaving a strong smell that lingered for the entire next day.
The coffee at breakfast is terrible.

Excellent location. A few steps from Metro line 4. Clean and roomy. Staffs are excellent and patient with Google translator.

The overall experience was very good. The hotel is in a great location, very close to the underground and 15 minutes away from railway station.

The location of Sanyuan Hotel is suitable for tourists visiting Suzhou. It is convenient to walk to Canglang Pavilion, Keyuan Garden, Wangshi Garden, and Confucian Temple. There is also a big food market nearby, where we ate authentic Guangzhou snacks.
