Jinling Aster Hotel Suzhou

The room was okay, just a bit dated with paint peeling on the door frame. The staff were very accommodating; they'd come right away to help whenever we called, especially the customer service agent, Xiao Sun, who deserves a five-star rating. The hotel's common areas were nice for relaxing or reading.

The room was spacious, bright, and had a great view. The sofa, table, and chairs were well-arranged, and the bathroom had a beautiful and impressive wet/dry separation. Overall, it was extremely clean, and since it was a non-smoking floor, there were no odors in the room. The service was also excellent, with needs being met efficiently at all times. There was even a pleasant surprise upon check-in – a thoughtful little gift! 😄

We booked a king room, but upon arrival, we requested a twin room. The front desk promptly upgraded us to a business twin room, which we greatly appreciate! Two bottles of water per day weren't enough, so we asked for more each day, and the staff was very kind and promptly delivered them to our room. The hotel breakfast was average, and some of the facilities were a bit dated. The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to transportation, right next to a subway station.

The hotel's location is great, right in the city center, making it convenient to get to Lingering Garden and Tiger Hill. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. While some facilities are a bit dated, the room was cleaned very well. I was on a higher floor, which offered a great view.

The room was great, very spacious and clean. The location is super convenient, with a subway station right across the street, making it easy to get anywhere! Even though it's an older hotel, it's still fantastic!

This is my fifth stay at this hotel. Although it's a bit older, the facilities are well-maintained and all in working order. The hotel's service is truly commendable. Whether it's Sister Liu from housekeeping, or Chen Honghua and Sister Hu from the breakfast restaurant, they always go above and beyond for guests. Even the doorman works diligently to help guests with their luggage and load it into their cars. As a Ctrip Diamond VIP who has stayed in countless hotels, their service genuinely makes me feel at home. A special shout-out to Chen Honghua – every time I see her, she's actively assisting guests, busy yet always with a warm and friendly smile. She's so kind!

This is my second stay at Jinling Yadu, and overall it's excellent. The room is spacious enough, the facilities are complete, and the hygiene is also very good. They even gave a welcome gift bag. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit.

The room was clean and well-equipped. The breakfast spread was excellent. The revolving restaurant on the top floor offered fantastic views. The parking lot was spacious, with both fast and slow charging stations available. It was very convenient to reach nearby attractions from the hotel.
