衞生：細節衞生不到位，邊角有灰塵和垃圾，洗漱用品上打掃時均未擦拭。
設施：在觀前街來説，中低端型酒店中設施算是過得去了，房間配有小冰箱，未插電，不知道可不可用。牀頭櫃邊的電話機不可用，雖上面寫着撥打流程，但並未標註聯繫前台應該按哪個數字，所以那個流程就是個擺設。
環境：觀前街上，購物逛街用餐都挺方便。進店有貢品台，有點嚇到，可能是生意人的習俗講究，不做評價。
服務：定的豪華大床，入住是下午兩點左右，房間安排在樓上的客房出口第一間，問了前台我們睡覺比較淺，門口會比較吵，能不能換到稍微靠裡麪的房間，告知的是調換不了滿房了，我也是酒店房務做了多年，滿房的情況這個季節的蘇州肯定是常有的事，下午兩點這個房型都入住滿的解釋説不過去吧，正好我就是最後一個辦理入住的豪華大床？房型預訂滿和入住都辦理完是兩碼事。且下午四點左右再看平台是有房間的，就算有臨時取消的房間後面也並未問過我們需不需要更換，當晚就聽對話聲有兩位男士拿房卡去刷我們的房門，刷了半天沒刷卡就走了。不説是不是重房，我作為一個女生在房間未穿衣服如果房門被刷開會不會很危險或是尷尬。由於電話機上沒有明確前台話機是幾，我們跑下去兩趟問有沒有一次性馬桶套及涼拖鞋，告知都沒有。建議各位自帶吧。

屬於年輕人喜歡的時尚酒店，設施齊全，整潔乾淨，服務員會每天整理床鋪和打掃房間。地理位置好，離2號線和平江路很近，街市繁華熱鬧好逛，蘇式小吃很多當地特色餐館也不少。到蘇州旅遊建議住這裏。

很差 沒有窗 電梯kazikazi要壞的樣子 真的怕有問題人沒了這個電梯 沒有窗根本不通風而且一進房間一股煙味廁所味好惡心 步行街裏面很吵睡不着 太貴了酒店不值得 不如住好點的民宿離景區更近 太貴了還沒有窗衞生也不行

差，非常差，先不説其他的就拿店家的態度來説，建議其他遊客不要再去他家，因為你們不管發生什麼問題，他們都是不管不問的態度。發生問題了沒有第一時間做出解決方案，沒有主動聯繫客人。反而要客人一而再再而三地聯繫店家，店家的承擔能力極差。
我來細説一下事情大致情況，首先他們家是扶梯上去，並且扶梯是完全壞的。沒有貼，任何警告標誌。小心上梯之內的，我踏進你們酒店的大門我就把我的人身安全交給了你們，我拖着重重的行李，帶着兩個孩子艱難地，一步一步爬上你們的電樓梯，你們前台服務員沒有一個人上來幫顧客一把。導致我沒辦法去照顧兩個孩子安全爬樓梯，孩子摔跤了，你們酒店有不可推卸的責任。但是當你們知道這件事情的時候你們的態度極其差勁，並不是第一時間詢問孩子的情況。而是一而再的推卸責任。沒有，及時讓店長出來處理問題。而是讓我們去聯繫店長。可笑至極。我去聯繫你們店長説孩子受傷了，需要去醫院處理，你們店長説讓我自己一個人帶着孩子去檢查就可以了。你們店家態度太差勁了。居然能説出這樣的話，你的酒店這麼多年是怎麼開出來的？我相信每一位住客到你們這裏選擇你們這裏都是相信你們有好的服務。結果你們推卸責任。服務質量差。遇到問題不積極解決。這樣的商家你的分數是花錢買來的嗎？本人的房間申請了，退款沒有辦法評價。我用朋友的號，要把這個事情讓大家都知道大家還是安全重要，不要選擇這樣的商家了。以上內容，替朋友轉發。

這是一家很温馨的酒店，每間房間都配有新風系統和空氣凈化器，整體住下來很舒適，工作人員也特別好。這裏地理位置吃喝玩樂都非常方便，走路即可到達。打車也可以直接到酒店門口，非常值得推薦，適合商務和來蘇州旅遊的小夥伴們。
