Late check-out until 3 PM (subject to availability): The service was excellent; the hotel proactively offered us a late check-out. Facilities: Everything you could possibly need. Cleanliness: Clean, tidy, and odor-free. Environment: Very good. Service: Very good. Next time I'm in Suzhou, I'll definitely stay here again.

The service was great, and parking was convenient. It's also easy to get around by subway or bus. We received a free upgrade to a family room, which was very comfortable, and all the staff were super friendly!

The hotel is clean and hygienic, and the service is thoughtful and attentive. The room has good natural light, and the mattress is very comfortable for a relaxing sleep. The soundproofing is also good. The location is excellent, with convenient dining and transportation options nearby. Overall, my stay was perfect and I highly recommend it!

The location is easy to find, and the parking lot is huge. It gets full during meal times, but at other times it's quite empty. The service was excellent; they called me right after I booked to ask about my preferences and arranged a suitable room for me. The room size was just right and very clean. The restaurant on the second floor has a lot of Suzhou character and the food is delicious. The breakfast, however, was a bit disappointing in comparison.

The hotel's location is great, not far from the main attractions, and it even has its own parking lot. Taxis are also readily available. The front desk staff were warm and attentive; they upgraded us to a triple room when they saw our child was a bit older. While the room facilities were a little dated, it was exceptionally clean. Both the noodle bar and the Chinese restaurant at the hotel were excellent. Definitely worth another stay.

Snow Sea Hotel, a long-standing local brand in Suzhou, offers excellent service. They upgraded us to a family room for free, which was incredibly spacious and comfortable with separate inner and outer sections. The hotel food was delicious, and all their signature dishes were great; it can get crowded during peak hours, but hotel guests receive a small discount. Breakfast at the Noodle House was also cheap and tasty, and they even proactively offered parking vouchers. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I'll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Initially, my friend told me that Xiangxuehai is where old Suzhou locals queue up to eat, a must-visit when in Gusu city. At the time, I just thought it was an ordinary restaurant. Later, when booking a hotel, I found out that Xiangxuehai is actually a hotel that also provides accommodation, and it's very close to Suzhou Station and many attractions. I booked it without hesitation. The two days I stayed there afterward were a fantastic experience! If I have another chance to visit Suzhou, I will definitely stay at Xiangxuehai again. **[Facilities]** Although the hotel has been around for a while, it seems to have been renovated or refurbished a few years ago. The room facilities are excellent and very thoughtfully designed. For example, upon entering the room, there's a spacious wardrobe to hang clothes. The wardrobe door is a full-length mirror, which is very convenient for checking your outfit. There's also a mirror by the bed that's perfect for makeup. These mirror designs are very detailed and impressive. The bookshelf and chair are also well-placed for putting things down, and even suitable for some comfortable light work – not like those places where there's nowhere to put anything except on the floor. The overall style is a bit retro 'old money'. The corridors outside the rooms are carpeted, making them very quiet. Near the elevators for going out, they even provide mosquito repellent to prevent bites. **[Hygiene]** The hygiene was spot on. Both days I went out, I came back to a clean and tidy room, and their response was very prompt. It felt like as soon as we mentioned going out and needing cleaning, they arranged it. Once, I had to go back to the hotel for lunch, and the cleaning was already finished, and everything was spotless. **[Environment]** The overall environment is excellent. The laundry room and laundry balcony are very large, making laundry very convenient. Plus, the location is very central, close to everything. The hotel also offers delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner. When we were almost stranded due to a typhoon, we were so glad we chose Xiangxuehai, a hotel with dining options. What's even better is that the dining and accommodation areas are separate; only residents with cards can access the accommodation building, so the residential area is quite quiet. **[Service]** I was deeply moved by my stay at Xiangxuehai. This particular weekend was very special because many high-speed trains were canceled due to the typhoon, and we were almost stranded in Suzhou. The front desk staff were incredibly understanding, handling both extending our stay and the cancellation process with great patience despite multiple changes. They were very helpful. Furthermore, the front desk staff are very professional. We asked for earplugs due to sleep issues, and they proactively asked if something was wrong or if we weren't sleeping well, showing great care. It was truly touching. Despite the harsh weather, the human kindness shone through. I hope to stay at Xiangxuehai again next time I visit Suzhou.

This is a great hotel, perfect for a stopover or a longer stay. The parking lot is huge, and the restaurant is very busy in the evenings; the parking lot fills up after 5:30 PM. The hotel rooms are spacious and well-equipped. The air conditioning works wonderfully, the pillows are memory foam, and there's even a Dyson hairdryer! The three of us had a very comfortable stay.

The hotel restaurant is also very popular, with many locals dining there. The bed was a spacious 1.8 meters, and there was also a desk and a sofa.

Based on my trust in old brands, I chose Xiangxuehai Hotel for my trip to Suzhou. The soundproofing at the hotel was surprisingly good; I slept soundly until morning. Getting around was also convenient, with a bus stop right next to the hotel, making it easy to visit attractions. For those driving, the hotel has a large parking lot, and you just need to show your room card to enter and exit. Even the security guards were very welcoming. The floor we stayed on was newly renovated, with a simple yet practical design. I especially want to praise the bathroom facilities; the smart toilet was convenient, and the showerhead was the best and most comfortable I've ever used, with strong water pressure. The hotel was very thoughtful; the air conditioning was already on when we checked in, and the room was impeccably clean—I couldn't find a single flaw. Every detail reflected the hotel's professional management, and the room rate wasn't expensive, offering excellent value for money! On the first day, we received dining vouchers and ate on the hotel's second floor. All the dishes we ordered were delicious and reasonably priced. It saved a lot of time to eat there and then head back to the room. We originally planned to stay for just one day, but since everyone was so satisfied with the hotel's dining and accommodation, and all the front desk staff were excellent, proactively introducing nearby attractions and travel routes, everyone wanted to extend our stay, haha. I'll definitely recommend this place to friends next time.

My parents, who are usually very particular about food, couldn't stop praising the restaurant after eating there. Even my kids, who are typically picky eaters, loved the food. The staff were incredibly enthusiastic; their service started as soon as our booking was received. They proactively asked for our arrival time and informed us about limited parking during peak dining hours, offering solutions. After check-in, because of our room's unique location, they even had someone personally escort us to our room. Their service throughout was attentive and highly professional. We had a minor issue during our stay, which was perfectly resolved thanks to the hotel staff's calm handling. Hotel Xiangxuehai left us with a wonderful impression on this trip, and we're confident we'll choose you again in the future!

This is a well-established hotel in Suzhou, combining accommodation with dining. It has its own parking lot, which is convenient for those driving. The rooms aren't huge, but they have a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom, and the shower pressure is excellent, which is a big plus. The front desk staff are very welcoming and provide great service.
