The hotel upgraded our room type, and the room was very spacious. The location is excellent, right next to the subway station. It's only two stops from the high-speed rail station to the hotel. We could walk to Seven Mile Shantang Street in just 200 meters, and there's a newly opened mall right next door, making shopping very convenient!

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the subway station, making it super convenient for getting around. The front desk staff even called me before check-in. The room wasn't very big, and there was an obstruction right outside the window, which made the overall stay feel a bit stuffy. The price kept going up, possibly because it was a weekend. The Atour in Shaoxing, where I stayed the day before, had a much better environment and service. You really notice the difference when you have something to compare it to.

QiLi ShanTang is stone throw away, hence the strategic location. However, there was construction during this period, hence it could be little noisy & dusty. Service team is courteous, drinking water is served everywhere. Dryers can be improved, it's the old model without timer hence you won't know when the drying will complete

Hotel situated at a good location. Near Shi Lu metro line station, which 2 station from SuZhou Train Station. Environment outside hotel at the moment not favourable because construction is ongoing. Hotel interior was good and comfortable, suggest can improve by making the room brighter and provide wireless charger. Midnight supper was fantastic and small gym room and laundry service were provided.
