温礼 and 丹婷 really took care of me! Exhausted from getting no sleep at my previous hotel, they allowed me to check in just a little early and get a quiet nap before heading to the nearest canals and night festivities. My favorite part of Suzhou so far. The breakfast, though limited options, was done well. The makeup mirror was helpful, and the bathroom soap was my favorite! A little outdated and not spotless, but will definitely stay here again!! It was a bargain for what I got!!

Lovely clean hotel in excellent location right by the pedestrian walking street and about 5m from Line 2 metro. We came from Shanghai took a bullet train to Suzhou railway stn and from there another 2 stops on line 2 to this hotel. Plenty of space in the rooms. Very clean. Laundry on 2nd floor free use.

Great location, great hotel and pleasant stay. Rooms were clean, spacious and well layed out. Location is on a pedestrianised road, so be aware that the roads nearby for taxi etc may be busy. Few minutes walk from line 2, very convenient. Staff are very friendly, welcoming and pleasant. Will recommend if your looking for hotel in this area of Suzhou.

The location of this hotel is in a pedestrian Street, so when you get dropped off you will get dropped off in the road and just walk a little bit over to the hotel. It’s a very busy street so there’s many things around in terms of buying food and going out. However, I can get a bit noisy but you don’t really hear a lot of the noise from inside the hotel the only noise is the rooms in ext store. The neighbors that I had were exceptionally noisy and I didn’t really like that but that’s not the hotels fault. It’s easy to order takeout, the hotel will send it to your room with the small robot and also the hotel is very neat and very clean. The staff don’t speak but they are very helpful, so if you can’t speak Chinese I would suggest using a translator. The only thing that I didn’t like was the fact that it was so busy around the hotel but once again that’s not the hotels fault. The service is the best from the cleaners, they are so nice and so kind and always greet you and are very helpful.

Neat and clean corridors and room. There’s always drinking water readily available at the lobby counter. Check in was also easy and quick.

It was a really great stay and we absolutely enjoyed being there. It’s a bit of a drive from SIP but if you don’t intend on going there then it’s a great place to be to visit the Lingering garden.

It was nice time. Relaxing. Good service.

There is porridge in the evening, which is delicious. The millet porridge is good. The room supplies are very good. I just like Atour's bedding. Since I stayed in Atour in Lhasa last year, all the bedding at home has been replaced with Atour's, so that now I can only stay in Atour when I go out. I just came back from Atour in Erbin last Friday. I still have to stay in Atour in Suzhou, otherwise I can't sleep... The shower water temperature is suitable, the service staff is very enthusiastic, and they will greet you warmly when they meet in the hotel. Seeing that I brought two elderly people, they also arranged a room with convenient access, and tried to help me arrange two rooms nearby. I chose this Atour because the hotel has a very good location. Although the car is parked in the garage of the building in front, it is good that you don't have to move the car after parking it. Shantang Street, Changmen, Nanxin Road Food Street, and Liuyuan are all within walking distance...

The hotel is located near Santang Street and the ruins of the ancient city of Changmen. The transportation is very convenient. The Xizhongshi Street next to it was the busiest street in Suzhou in the old days. There is still a strong smell of fireworks. Walking into the alleys on both sides of Xizhong City Street, there are many niche attractions: there are the ancient city walls of Changmen, Yipu Taohuawu, Taibo Temple, Wufeng Garden, etc., with few people and beautiful scenery. The hotel is clean, tidy and comfortable, with all basic facilities. They also gave us gifts during the Chinese New Year. The service staff is polite and hospitable. There are robot services.

Good location, 2 stops from Suzhou Station, and a few minutes walk from the station. Turn left at the intersection and you will see Shantang Street across the road, and a few minutes walk to Changmen. Basically, you can choose any of the familiar big and small shops on the Internet. (Lao Changmen Restaurant, Xiao Huanxi is delicious) In addition to the subway or taxi, the surrounding buses are also very convenient to go to the scenic spots, and there are many choices, so convenient! If you want convenience and high cost-effectiveness, this is really the first choice. The service staff are very good. I arrived early and there was a vacancy. I upgraded and checked in smoothly. I redeemed a breakfast with points. The taste was okay, but I felt that the variety was a bit ordinary, and there was no local breakfast variety. Compared with Atour in other cities I have stayed in, this can be improved!
