Very nice and clean hotel in Suzhou,lobby services was very good

the room was huge and clean.. and the bonus is we had the massage chair.. also the staff spoke very good english..

Very good hotel, nice lobby and rooms, friendly stuff. I really liked the wall panel with Chinese folklore theme in the lobby. Breakfast corresponds to Hilton. Some inconvenience of the hotel's location is compensated by the great view from the window.

I checked the guide for Suzhou and DeepSeek recommended this hotel. I planned to stay one night and leave the hotel because I was going to visit the Suzhou Museum in Gusu District the next day, so I didn't have too many requirements, just a quiet sleep. I didn't expect the front desk to be warm and welcoming, and gave me a handmade chocolate cookie, and upgraded to a suite for free. It was unexpected and warm! After listening to Zubin Mehta's concert and chatting with music friends, I was exhausted and didn't have time to enjoy the massage chair. I will definitely experience it next time.

It was already midnight when I checked in. The front desk lady Kasumi was very pretty and very friendly and helped me upgrade my room. After checking in to the hotel, the overall environment was good and the hygiene was OK. The overall price-performance ratio was worth the price, and it was great value for money!

I stayed for two days in a row. I came back at 2 pm and they didn't take the initiative to clean the room. I called for something and waited for nearly half an hour but they didn't come. I called again to urge them. Your front desk emphasized to me that it was 27 minutes ago? Funny? On the 20th floor, the Chinese restaurant tasted average, and there was no service. After ordering, they didn't pour water or replenish tableware. So the service item is at most 3 points, and the others are full marks. Let's talk about the advantages: Thanks to Amanda Chen who contacted us in advance, communicated attentively, and booked a toy room and an executive room. Because they were not on the same floor, they upgraded us to a suite. Although the room was a bit cold, the heater provided was very good. The children's playground was good. The simple meals in the executive lounge were also good. The massage chair was comfortable. There were some good activities on the 20th floor during the Chinese New Year (pitching pots, writing couplets, and children's sand painting) Commented on multiple orders together.

The experience was great, super suitable for parent-child travel. The baby loved the train-themed room. There is also a small amusement park on the 19th floor of the hotel. The baby was reluctant to leave after playing there. I will come again next time I have the chance!

The surrounding attractions of the hotel are not far from Tongli and Zhouzhuang. In front of the hotel is the Grand Canal. You can see the river view from the room, and you can sleep peacefully every night. I sincerely recommend it! I will stay at the Hilton Man Wah Hotel again when I come to Suzhou in the future! !
