Atour Hotel (Suzhou Wujiang Xinduhui)

The accommodation during my business trip was generally good. It was not far from the office, taxis were convenient, there were plenty of places to eat nearby, and food delivery was easy to order. Overall, I would recommend it; it was quite good!

🏨This stay truly exceeded my expectations✨. The staff were friendly and responsive👏, and the room was impeccably clean🧹. The facilities were complete, the bedding was comfortable, the shower water temperature was consistent♨️, and the attention to detail was excellent👍. Although the location is a bit out of the way, transportation is still quite convenient🚗. Overall, it was a pleasant business trip experience💼, and I highly recommend it!

The breakfast was plentiful, and the tofu stewed in a clay pot was very flavorful; I especially loved it. The room was bright and clean, and the air conditioning was already on before check-in, so it was cool as soon as I entered—a really good touch. It's only one kilometer from the subway station, which is convenient. Overall, a very comfortable hotel experience.

Facilities: The room TV appeared to be at least 65 inches, and the screen mirroring was great. Cleanliness: As expected of Atour, the cleanliness details were much better. Environment: There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and it's close to the subway station and Tongli. Service: They served us tea when we checked in and gave us two bottles of water when we left, which was thoughtful. They added us on WeChat and sent me the invoice in just one minute, very efficient. Late Night Congee: I didn't expect them to have late-night snacks, which exceeded my expectations and was great.

The hotel experience was terrible! The air conditioning malfunctioned at night! The bathroom smelled bad! I usually stay at hotels like Atour when I travel. I checked in with high expectations, but reality slapped me in the face! Complaints: Room cleanliness was appalling: The sheets had obvious signs of wear and tear, as if they hadn't been changed; The bathroom had a foul odor that made me nauseous. The facilities were outdated and poorly maintained: The air conditioner was so noisy that it was impossible to sleep; it kept making a constant squeaking noise. The hairdryer bag was white, but it had yellowish stains that looked like urine on it! Spending hundreds of dollars on a hotel like this is worse than staying in a guesthouse! Avoid this hotel!
