The breakfast spread offered a wide variety of delicious options, providing plenty of energy for a great start to the day. Our room was comfortable, the service was outstanding, and the location was also very convenient for getting around.

Overall, I was quite satisfied with my stay. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. While not large, the space was perfectly adequate. My only slight regret was a faint smell of lamb, which I later discovered was due to a lamb noodle restaurant downstairs. The absence of a mini-fridge was also a minor disappointment.

A big thank you to the front desk staff for their help when I initially went to the wrong room and they sorted out my reservation details. They also assisted when my room key card stopped working, preventing me from getting back into my room. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was spotlessly clean. The only minor drawback was that it could get a bit noisy at night, being on a lower floor. Overall, a very good stay.

The hotel service was excellent, and check-in was quick and efficient. The surrounding area offers great convenience for getting around. The natural scenery here is absolutely stunning, with lush mountains, clear waters, and numerous charming small waterfalls creating a truly picturesque view. Our stay was incredibly comfortable; the air was remarkably fresh and invigorating, with a noticeable abundance of negative oxygen ions. The bedding was soft, comfortable, clean, and hygienic. Overall, the entire stay experience was fantastic.

Extremely satisfied with my stay. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the room was quite spacious. A nice touch was the stylish tea set on the windowsill. They even offer robot delivery for takeaways right to your door. Lumu Metro Station is conveniently just a few hundred meters away. The hotel breakfast was delicious, and there are plenty of dining options right next to the hotel.

The front desk service was excellent! The staff were warm and attentive, making check-in swift and efficient. They even proactively upgraded my room. They patiently offered advice on local sightseeing, and their constant smiles made me feel incredibly welcome. Any issues were addressed promptly. An excellent experience! I'll definitely be back and highly recommend it!

This is hands down the smallest suite I've ever stayed in. A question for the management: where on earth is the advertised 40 square meters?

There are two Feili Hotels, one on each side of the road. When I was booking on Ctrip, one clearly stated it offered breakfast while the other didn't. I specifically booked the hotel that *included* breakfast, only to find out I had to go to the *other* hotel – the one listed on Ctrip as *without* breakfast – just to have my meal! Don't they consider how much trouble this causes guests?

The hotel boasts a fantastic location with excellent transport links, making it incredibly easy to navigate between attractions throughout our trip.

Good located, the hotel was clean and customer service was great, I would definitely stay again.

Do not confuse this with the more upscale fragran hotel across the street. This is more of a 3 star hotel and I would say slightly more expensive than it is worth. I think I paid about 50 dollars including tax in the summer month. It caters more to domestic population I think and the conditions could use some updating as it feels old. It is about 10 minutes from the subway station but a bit far from the main attractions

The room was quite large, but the shower was moldy, the toiletries were leftover, and the conditioner even seemed expired.
