The hotel is located within the walking distance to Suzhou Train Station as well as the interchange of a Subway Station. Spacious room with provisions of a washing cum drying machine is a convenient options for the guest's laundry needs during their stay. We appreciate to the delicated, friendly housekeeping team that has improved our overall staying experiences. Since the hotel has changed the operator to 博乐詩 instead of "Atour", we suggest Trip.com to update the latest changes for the benefits of the future guests.

This is an apartment hotel, spacious and well-equipped. It's clean and tidy, and you can see Suzhou's "Big Underpants" building from the window. The train station and subway are just across the street. It's also very close to the Humble Administrator's Garden, the museum, and Seven-mile Shantang Street.

This is definitely not an Atour hotel. No matter how much they use the logo, it’s not. The cleaning is absolutely mediocre. The location is very good, right in front of the railway station. It’s around 2 stops away my subway to some main tourist activities. The apartment is big and well equipped, but it’s missing a microwave. The breakfast is ok, mainly Chinese options but there’s enough to chose from.

The room is spacious with a modern layout. The hotel is very close to Suzhou Railway Station, making travel very convenient. The staff provides excellent service, and check-in was efficient. The overall hygiene and environment are decent, although some facilities show signs of aging, and there's room for improvement in the details. Overall, it offers good value for money, and it's quite convenient to stay here for travel.

The hotel's location is excellent, right across from Suzhou Station, making subway travel incredibly convenient. The staff are friendly and helpful, the air conditioning works great, and the room is clean, spacious, and well-maintained with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. The wide-ranging views and beautiful night scenery are a definite plus! Breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options too. 👍

The room was spacious, the bed was soft, and it was quiet. The best part was the view of the Gate of the Orient. It was also conveniently located, right outside Suzhou Station. Highly recommended!

I booked a city-view room, and the view was fantastic and expansive, offering a panorama of the entire old Gusu city, including North Temple Pagoda and Suzhou Railway Station. I could even see the 'Big Trousers' (Oriental Gate) and Tiger Hill Pagoda in the distance. The hotel service was excellent too; any issues were addressed immediately. Public transport was also very convenient for getting around.

Best location highly recommended to explore SuZhou - SuGu area, next to SuZhou rail station and metro line 2, 4 easy access to attractions: Shan Tang, Museum, Humble Garden and Temple. The underground walking paths is under construction at the time, need pay extra care crossing the road with bulky suitcase. The room is big with landmark view and adequate amenities. Room services staff are attentive and helpful. Overall experience is great and affordable!! 🫰👍🍀
