Very friendly staff and very good location - walking distance to attractions. Breakfast looked small on the other people review, but it was more than enough + wonton soup and yoghurt. And knowing that you are in one of the ancient buildings in Suzhou was super exciting. But it was little bit cold in the night. And curtains has a little gap so we couldn’t sleep a lot tho 😅 Overall very good. Definitely visit again when it’s warmer.

Overall, it was just okay. The hotel's location is excellent, not too far from Pingjiang Road, Cang Street, Guanqian Street, and also the Humble Administrator's Garden, Lion Grove Garden, and Suzhou Museum. However, perhaps because it's an old building, the rooms aren't very big, and the view outside the window is quite ordinary. But it was clean and tidy overall.

Environment: The hotel is clean, tidy, and refreshingly elegant. Its location is absolutely superb, very close to Humble Administrator's Garden and other attractions, all within walking distance. Service: The front desk lady was incredibly nice, speaking softly and gently, embodying the charm of a Jiangnan woman. I highly recommend staying here when you visit Suzhou.
