Suzhou LBED Designer Hotel (Pingjiang Road, Guanqian Street)

The hotel is really close to Guanqian Street, Pingjiang Road, and the Humble Administrator’s Garden so the location is great The receptionist and hotel staff were really nice and helpful. The first room we were given had a bad smell but they kindly switched us to another room. There were a few downsides. The toilet and shower weren’t very clean. The hotel also advertises a gym but apparently they no longer have one which was disappointing and felt like false advertising. The laundry room was also frustrating. There were only two washer/dryer machines and one was broken. The drying cycle takes around 3 hours and it ended up taking me over 6 hours just to get my clothes dry. Overall, the staff were great and the location was excellent but the cleanliness and lack of advertised amenities could definitely be improved. Still a decent hotel overall

Overall everything was good. However I realise that the trip.com description like fitness room is unavailable at that hotel but description says it is. Other than that services was excellent and fast, rooms were clean location is not bad.

Big and spacious room with separated wet and dry area which makes it very convenient when preparing and also for urgent no.1 & no.2 needs. Location is good too, near to a few restaurants & it is within walking distance to the river canal street with lots of shops & food. Hotel staffs are very friendly too.
