Zhonghai Haitang Serviced Apartment (Suzhou Olympic Stadium)

This place is super close to the Suzhou Olympic Sports Centre Stadium! You can just cross the road and catch a concert. The room was pretty good, quite spacious, with a kitchen, bathroom, living room, and bedroom – everything you could need. The decor was decent too, and there was even a washing machine. The front desk upgraded our room because it wasn't cleaned properly, which was great!

Just like the pictures, what you see is what you get. It's super convenient, just a street away from the Olympic Sports Center. The price is reasonable, and the front desk staff are excellent. They even allowed a temporary check-out. Highly recommend!

I booked this hotel because of the Li Jian concert, and it's super convenient as it's only a 10-minute walk to the venue. The hotel room is very spacious, a two-bedroom apartment, perfect for a family, and excellent value for money.

This apartment is super close to the stadium, making it the top choice for concerts, especially since it's so convenient to get to the inner entrance. It was my first time experiencing the ease of getting from my room to the inner seating area in just 10 minutes.

I was here for a concert, and it was raining that day. The underground parking was a bit tricky to find 😂 and it took a while to figure out the reception once we got upstairs. The room was quite spacious, a one-bedroom apartment with a balcony, and fully equipped. Before checking in, I specifically told the host we'd be bringing a child and hoped for good hygiene, but the cleanliness was still pretty disappointing, especially the duvet cover. My partner and I both got bitten by some kind of bug, and it felt damp. The robot delivery for food was also very slow, and the elevators took a while. However, the location is great; getting to and from the concert venue was quick. If I'm not with my child next time, I'd still consider staying here.

An absolutely fantastic choice for business trips lasting over a month! The price is incredibly reasonable. It's a one-bedroom apartment with a living room and even a small study, equipped with all the usual home appliances. The kitchen also has common utensils for simple cooking. The decor and bedding quality are excellent, and the front desk service is super friendly. Highly recommended! Plus, it's only a five-minute walk to the Olympic Sports Center badminton court – what a bonus!

We arrived at the hotel around 2:30, and were told our room wasn't ready yet. When asked how long it would take, they couldn't tell us and said they would call us after check-in. So, we waited in the lobby with our child for over two hours. Eventually, our child got restless, so we went upstairs to check on the room ourselves. To our surprise, it was already clean, and no one had bothered to call us. If we hadn't gone up to check, we would have just kept sitting in the lobby like fools. And through all this, no one even apologized... I definitely won't be risking another stay at this hotel, not even after a concert at Suzhou Olympic Sports Centre when I need to head straight back overnight.
